It will come back as an event exclusive. Just wait 3000 years
Pokemon Z will come out any day now
Would love to see Light of Ruin!

For being the mascot of the series, a lot of pikachus were left behind by gamefreak
I’m still sad that pikachu was supposed to get a third evolution but it was abandoned. GIVE US Gorochu GameFreak…please.
@@AzureWinglyYeah because Raichu never existed or gamefreak wished it never existed
@@zacmayes2802they did him so dirty
@@AzureWingly Pikachu is the second evolution. The reason they didn't give us gorochu was because they added pichu in the same gen, so they couldn't have a fourth pokemon in the evolution line.
@@ngmonster1017 Gorochu was cut from generation 1, when Pikachu was the base form, so it would have been a three stage line had it existed.
Ultra Necrozma was literally one of the coolest things they’ve made and then immediately acted like it never happened, I still feel like they could’ve just kept the Z crystal in future games to access the form by holding it obviously without the mega nuke attack
I feel like it's an easy fix. They just need to add a new transformation item for Dusk Mane or Dawn Wings Necrozma. You hold the 'Fullbright Crystal' or something and it changes form the same as the Griseous Orb for Giratina.
@@Zynnix Heck, the Tera Mechanic could have been used for it (since crystalline light dragon bursting with more crystal and light). It would have also added a weakness to Ultra Necrozma - If you see a Dusk Mane or Dawn Wings on the opposing team, it means you can far more safely guess which Pokemon will Terastallize, eliminating a surprise option

I didn't think too much of the eevee moves cause I figured they were limited to eevee,
But when you said smeargle, my heart stopped for a solid 4 seconds
They'd probably give it the dark void treatment tbh
@@DkKobaADV one would hope.
What would the smeargle be able to do with these moves better than eevee? Smeargle has worse stats than the eevee partner. The only benefit I see would be combining some of these moves with a sleep move
@@shortcb 120 base power fairy move, very balanced
@@SomeNinety._. With smeargles 20 attacking stats idk
What sucks about Ultra Necrozma is that unless you got that Japan exclusive event, you will never, EVER, see the Ultra form shiny since base Necrozma was shiny locked until Gen 8. And it sucks for me because I did get the shiny one from Gen 8.
They could've literally just made the Z-Crystal available to change its form while saying something like "Oh it cannot use its Z-Move outside of Alola because of the energy field there" or some nonsense
@@dorkenspache8353or made an entirely new key item that just lets it transform
@@dorkenspache8353They're probably too lazy to make a flashy transformation just for one Pokémon which isn't even the focus of the games.
Just start a new file and move it to your main account through home. If you want it, and you can get it, but you don't have it, then it's your fault for being too impatient to put in the work.
@@FullOedipus What are you talking about? Ultra Necrozma isn’t in any Switch games, so even if you get a shiny one, once it’s on the Switch, you ain’t getting Shiny Ultra Necrozma.
Ultra Necrozma is tragic. I know it was broken as hell but it was so cool, and to see it locked in the Gen 7 games is depressing.
It wasn't even broken, really. Dusk Mane dominated the Ubers tier, not Ultra.
Ultra was still pretty broken tho
Honestly I wouldn’t even say it be THAT broken compared to some of the other crap Gamefreak let slide, such as Calyrex the 150 speed ghost horse who lost it’s only weakness in medicore move pool this gen due to tera
And it's base stats are stronger then pokemon God himself. 😆
Gen 7 was the final good Gen anyway.
Greninja and Necrozma got shafted. I was so excited to learn Greninja would return but then quickly distraught by the rework. You'll let Palafin transform but not Ash-Greninja? Why???

Only thing is this is impossible. So eevee can never triple one-shot cresselia.
Off topic but can someone explain why they picked Pelipper as the Gen 3 candidate for Drizzle and not Ludicolo. Dancing Rituals to summon rain are its whole point of existence. Pelipper is just a bird.
Swift swim ludicolo is really good and does better if it's partner has it. Pelipper also became the only weather + u turn user
Ludicolo setting rain would suck
People replied with competitive answers which makes sense, but I agree that thematically it should be ludicolo.
@@TheWorstestPro My inner gen 2 fan would have gone with the Slowpoke line to represent the Slowpoke Well. That or Bronzong.
Since you connected it with RD, I can actually answer it’s because Rain Dance is not a dance. If you look at the Dancer ability, it does not copy Rain Dance. This is because its Japanese name is Rain Prayer. It was translated to Rain Dance because the west is less familiar with Shinto prayers, but familiar with stereotypical Native American traditions.
As for gameplay, Pelipper gets the benefit of 100% accurate Hurricanes and a move to switch out.
There is no phrase more threatening than "smeargle would learn all of these moves"
Another Pokemon form that you can no longer use or more specifically see anymore is Eternamax Eternatus. Dude had the highest base stat total in the series clocking in at 1125 BST where you couldn't even Eternamax in it's own game because of how strong it is and had to be restricted to only showing in it's signature move, Eternabeam.
But now with the release of Scarlet and Violet and Pokemon Home compatibility, while Eternatus is transferrable, you can no longer use Eternabeam in-battle since Dynamax isn't possible in the Paldea Region.
God I wish it was ever usable
@@MoxieBoostedIf you’re one to enjoy watching the world (or meta) burn, then yeah.
@@MoxieBoostedWasn't it used in unrestricted hackmons and such a high health total it turned into 0 and was literally untouchable?
@ImJustBag hackmons aren't real pokemon, the mon isn't able to be used by normal means but yeah it did that
@@ImJustBag Something like that happened before pure hackmons was removed. I think it was defences instead of HP, and by having 0 defence it was equivalent to an extremely high defence so it took like no damage from either physical or special attacks, depending on how you trained it. Similar game quirks are possible with speed to essentially nullify trick room.
Shout out to Eternal Floette who was just never even obtainable.
I guess you can’t be locked in your generation if you never were in your generation
Will be soon in legends za I trust 🙏🏻 maybe non transferrable tho since xy lore dictates that she has to go back to AZ eventually and we'll just be her temp trainer like cogita with eternatus, but maybe it'll turn out that eternal floette's flower variant just went extinct by the time of legends za and we get a totally new eternal floette or flabebe afterwards as a reward for the ultimate weapon plot that is actually transferrable and capable of evolving since it's not AZ's
You forgot XD001, a.k.a. Shadow Lugia, who just got totally disfigured just like Ash Greninja and even lost its signature move Pyscho Boost. Another ones are the totems which can't leave USUM since they are not in SM and thus are lost in Bank forever…
But Shadow Lugia was from side-game and not mainline core, same goes for Shadow Mewtwo and Primal Dialga.
You can actually deposit the USUM totems into Bank and then into Home, but they revert back to not being totems anymore...
@@Xul-XataBut it still has a signature move and the ribbon for being a shadowpokemon.
I feel that the games are not quite spin offs
It makes sense since you cant transfer any of the shadow pokemon into other games. If you purify shadow lugia it still keeps the ribbon and psycho boost (at least up to gen 7) so you know its shadow lugia
Never knew Contest Pikachu had Electric Terrain. Was always under the impression that it was introduced in Gen 7, and that Gen 6 only had Fairy/Grass Terrain. Weird that the gen which introduced Terrain had little emphasis on them.
Pretty much mirrors how weather got introduced in Gen 2 though. Pretty much irrelevant until the generation after it debuted, where it got automatic setters and became something you actually had to think about.
@@electricvgc3146 It wasn't really until Gen 8 that Terrain teams really took off, though. Thing is, it's not just automatic setters that showed up in Gen 3, but also more consistent abusers of the weather, and the same is true of Terrains- Gen 7 may have introduced automatic terrain setters (the Tapus) but they didn't really have many good abusers for it. That changed in the Isle of Armor, which gave three out of the four terrains utterly monstrous moves to abuse with those terrains (Rising Voltage, Expanding Force and Grassy Glide, respectively).
That just screams of being added in late in the development process and the company wanting to test the waters of it before committing big.
Wait weather debuted in generation 2 and not generation 3? Even though, weather-setting abilities are a generation 3 thing i think, i still didn't know about that! Thank you for the information!!
@@raphaelkhoury218 I knew about it because Moltres' role in GSC was to set up Sun and blast mons with charcoal boosted fire blasts so it was def used in Gen 2 but still niche
I can't believe someone actually mentioned Minior being absent, they're literally my favorite pokemon but it seems like every person on the planet has forgotten they exist lmao
Well, you're gonna love the DLC leaks
I honestly remember them because of the Pokemon Anime episode where a bunch of them literally died.
I don't really care for it overall, but Minior has easily the best shiny form of all time.
It has been mentioned when people talk about dex cuts
I actually went out of my way to shiny hunt Minior in Ultra Sun so I could truly have "all the colours".
I love Pokemon like Minior, Floette and Squakabilly that have variant colour forms to collect.
I really hope that Ultra Necrozma becomes useable via a new held item that functions like the Griseous Orb, seeing as USUM has animations for it walking and running. I miss it so much :(
You and me both, such a crime to lock him in Gen 7
Id rather they just bring back Necrozma’s z moves and just rework it to function like the griseous orb rather than add more needless bloat to the item pool. Its bad enough that the griseous orb in SV form change effect got gutted out and slapped on the griseous core because gamefreak decided to bloat the item pool for stupid reasons.
Informative as hell! I also recently realized the partner Koraidon and Miraidon can never leave their games. It makes the ability to catch another one make a lot more sense in terms of futureproofing.
Yeah now I gotta do a second playthorough just to get a Koraidon in my Home cuz I traded it for a Miraidon 😭
@@adoniscreed4031same but then i looked back months later and realized the miraidon was hacked so i had to release it too whoopsie
Ok but like, imagine being able to run the partner Eevee with Eevium Z.
Props to the editor and artist for the visual effects. They made the video far more entertaining than it had any right to be.
This makes me think of Koraidon and Miraidon. In ORAS you can trade/release/transfer your Latios/Latias and still be able to soar, but in SV you can't even put your ride Pokemon in a box properly. Or if you're trying to have them in your party and you want to use them as a vehicle they get taken out of your party and have to tediously put them back manually. GameFreak probably won't make them transferrable in the future, which would be a shame because that's the bike lizard you befriend in the story. Sure the game gives you a second one, but I think we all traded it with a friend to get the other legendary (I know I did)
Personally i played the entire game for a second time to get a third miraidon and then traded that one for the koraidon
While I don't know precisely how it's presented in ORAS, who's to say that the one you soar on has to be the same one? You could call a different Latias/Latios instead.
That kind of excuse just doesn't work with the ride Koraidon/Miraidon, since there isn't that kind of supply, with only two present.
@@TheRedSmarty the way it's explained in ORAS is that your bond is so strong with the Latias or Latios that they come and find you no matter what when you need them. And when you want to soar, an animation plays of the Pokemon flying to you and your character getting on its back. As opposed to that, the SV ride Pokemon is instantaneous, but I think player convenience should override logic. ESPECIALLY if using your ride Pokemon in battle is so tedious, I really don't like the way they did that in SV
@@regojozsa Okay, that makes sense.
Yup… But I do have a transferrable Koraidon now so there’s that.
I absolutely love the idea of just a random eevee running havoc with all the status and barrier setups
Ultra Necrozma is the only reason I go back to play Gen 7. A true shame GF is to cowardly to bring him back. It doesn't even need to be Z Crystals, just give it an Orb or something that transforms Necrozma upon entering battle. What is so hard about that?
The same reason Greninja lost his transformation, because it’s pretty much a mega, a massive stat boost happening in the middle of a fight alongside a change in appearance
@@sentientmustache8360 kid named palafin
@yeet8036 Paladin requires you to switch out, risking a team member you've may have been saving for later.
I actually think the Partner Pikachu might be something that’s pretty scary actually if he could be transferred to the new games specifically because of the Light Ball. He’d have 160 base Attack, 150 base Sp. Attack, and 120 base Speed. He would lose his item slot which is kinda devastating, but he could definitely have quite a nice glass canon build to him, especially if he was allowed to keep his special Partner moves for coverage. Eevee has the better moves, but I think she probably wouldn’t fair as well unfortunately with no real statline to take advantage of it. Perhaps she could be used as a setup pokemon, but even then she’s too frail for that so it would be quite gimmicky.
You're wrong, Partner Pikachu (P.Chu) would be better
ALL ITEMS THAT BOOST STATS, BOOST THE ACTUAL STAT NOT THE BASE STAT
A Lonley, 31 IV, 252 EV P.chu has 284 ATk which when doubled with Light Ball is 568 which is about 209 BASE ATK
Hell Light ball P.chu would have 190/190/120 Offenses pretty much
Give it support via Tapu Lele and/or Sticky Web, Yeah you got a dastardly combo my friend
@@Uranium-jj7leactuallu, you dont need Tapu Lele that much
Of Zippy Zap keeps its effects from Gen 8 (electric E.Speed + evasion boost), Pikachu could just spam that with the help of redirection or in singles Shed tail and voala
You get a pikachu that hits you but you cant hit back
You forgot the most important part for Eevee. Smeargle would learn all of her moves.
It would be really cool if they eventually did a Legends Hoenn where the Primal forms of the two legendaries are available as standard forms that can be caught and maintained in that form and transferred to Home as such.
Fr though a Grass/Dragon regional variant of Serperior would be 🔥
Draco Meteor + Contrary Ability would actually be competitively viable
Or, how about this, a Grass/Fighting regional variant with bulkier stats and status changing moves in Leaf Storm, Close Combat, Hammer Arm AND Superpower?! Paired with its Contrary ability and it can boost its Atk, Sp.atk, Sp.def, Def AND Speed!
Serperior would go from OU to Ubers overnight!
Serperior is already good in OU even without all that stuff you said though 💀💀
@@Greatbabyred it's good. But it can be BETTER

Gen 9 - Dragon Dance plus Dragon Cheer Ultra Necrozma. You’re welcome for the nightmares
What saddens me about Ash Greninja more is that not only is his ability Retconed in Scarlet and Violet, but the anime retconed the form as well ;-;
WHAT?!
...wait, the _anime_ got rid of Full Synchro Greninja?
I don't think it's retconed? Just exclusive to Ash now entirely..Last episode I saw with Geninja and Ash's Lucario did include Ash Greninja from what I remember (and that's why Ash visited him, to help get closer to Lucario and train Lucario).
Source please?
For y’all to know, ash greninja(the form they take when bonded), was not in the newest anime, they got replaced a image of ash greninja with a normal one, they never show the bond phenomenon again
YOO I DIDNT REALISE YOU WERE ANOTHER NECROZMA LOVER
There's truly no greater crime than the execution of Ultra Necrozma. It's my utter favorite Pokémon of all time and has one of my favorite stories for a legendary ever since the rivalry of Rayquaza and Deoxys.
Seeing this god of light, the Pokémon that might actually be able to give Arceus's smaller avatar a run for its money, being reduced to a literal husk of its former glory makes me so sad.
They have no excuse to cut the Pokémon for no reason still
They can do balance for comp by making a ban list or separate game modes instead of just deleting Pokémon
There were a lot of bullshit excuses for Dexit.
The one that broke me was "You just want to transfer your 100s and steamroll our story". Shield saw me use no new Mons, overgrind to 100 before the 7th badge, and rage-release Eternatus when I wasn't allowed to skip that catch.
I also didn't use Dynamax until postgame _and_ tried to one-shot story maxes.

Actually Pikachu Libre is available in Pokémon Go for reaching Legend rank in GBL each season. I don’t believe it is able to be sent to Home though
I actually replayed alpha Sapphire and always took the cosplay Pikachu on my journey. This was good for the earlier part of the game and when I found the light ball it just absolutely carried most of the journey and swept through most teams. Love this thing (I always used Belle form because ice move on an electric type was just stupid)
"Smeargle would learn all of these moves" The TERROR that instilled... holy

At least the Porygon line wasn't deleted in the games unlike the anime.
The power of Arceus and anime wasn't enough for Ash Greninja to defeat Alain's Mega Charizard X and getting deleted in Journeys. 😂
ultra necrozma is the most infuriating of the cut ones because they literally just could've kept it as a held item and it would make it like power construct for zygarde where when it reaches a certain health threshold it trigger's power construct and makes it go into it's complete form

Partner Eevee was a literal busted candyshop in the main game. You can travel to each town depending on what coverage moves you needed for the challenges ahead in the next towns and those teachers were FREE.
Then you get the Mega Stones midway through the game. Finally you can choose which moves you want on Eevee to handle some of Elite 4 members apart from the rest of your team.

I was looking at a article, wondering why marshadow couldn't be in Scarlet is Violet, because the two other mythicals in it were Volcanion and magearna, magerna being from the same generation as Marshadow. It always made me sad that marshadow can't get into the game unless it's going to be added later in the future, but until then they're stuck in their generation and Sword and Shield.
most likely, Magearna is in because of Original Color
Volcanion was one of gen 6's mythical mons, not gen 7's
Hoopa and Diancie can also be transferred as mythicals, but maybe I'm reading this wrong,
As despairing as it may seem, I still hope and wait for the return of discontinued Pokémon forms. At this point I don’t even care if you change their stats, just bring them back in some form.
Here are some extra Pokemon that are stuck forever, Some of the Totem sized Pokemon in Ultra Sun and Moon, Spinda caught in BDSP due to a bug, and the Legendary at the start in Scarlet and Violet.

light that burns the sky sent shivers down my spine the first time I heard it, it's such an amazing name for a move damn
Today I learnt how the Pikachu Mandela effect started
As a newer player of pokemon, really only getting into it truly for Scarlet and Violet. Megastones and Dynamax is so doperinos. Like Terastilization is aight, and can do some pretty cool things, but man those are just so much more flashy and dope.
I hope the next gens thing is more along those lines than the zmoves or tera.
Mega evolution will probably always be the best gimmick
Pichu is second favorite Pokémon, and I was so happy they came out with Spiky Eared Pichu and unique move set.
But was very sad that he’s gone now.
How are you going to tell me to leave a like if I enjoyed the video, when after watching this brought me nothing but heartache.. I did anyway.
Right off the bat, reminding me of Serperior 😭
I miss my boi
The easy solution would be if Genius Sonority or someone else made a new Stadium-type game with all 1000+ Pokémon without having to make big open worlds. Everyone would get their faves back, a classic side series would be revived from dormancy, and TPC can make buttloads of cash and they can keep updating it to add new mons as the core games introduce them.
Hell yeah, my first thought was “I hope spiky eared Pichu is on this list”, and immediately was not let down!
Great video 🤙🏼
Loved it, keep it up ❤️
I really pray for Mega-Evolutions to make a comeback.
It was such a great concept and made alot of overlooked Pokémon at least usable again. (Beedrill my beloved!)
You did sacrifice the item slot for it, which is a perfectly fine trade-off. (Mega-rayquaza ccan stay at home though.. or need a Rayquazanite, because that thing is broken)
The whole Dex-cut was a main reason why i did not make the jump to the Switch-games. (That and blatant lying, terrible quality of the games and waaay too much handholding/taking agency away from the player)
When i was a kid and first played alpha sapphire, i actually used the cosplay pikachu throughout the whole story with a light ball. Was it good? Not really. Was it fun? Hell yeah. Since ice types are mostly not available until the late game, i used the beauty costume with icicle crash for coverage. My favorite was the libre form, though. Loved that little lady.
I miss them all (minus the Partner Pikachu + Eevee because I never played Let's GO nor did I ever consider them truly mainline games). Like, I believe in making adjustments to make them less menacing while also believing in balancing the games without needing to nix huge assets. For example, sure, make Ash-Greninja not have its massive stats and make it a temp stat boost, but at least keep its form AND the boosted Water Shurikken. Make comp rules that explicitly exclude specific Pokémon because, maybe-just maybe, I want to use Ultra Necrozma to nuke raids because they are just slogs to grind through. Modern Pokémon defenders spiel on about how the current games reduced grind while simultaneously introducing a new monotonous grind for resources, from gen 8's Max mushrooms and candies to gen 9's terra shards
I feel that, if they really wanted to retrofit Battle Bond, they should just have made it some sort of Moxie omniboost, or worst case, offensive Beast Boost. Give it Attack and Special Attack from defeating a mon, or at least the one it has more. That way it's still sort of relevant.
I feel that so hard. Sun & Moon being one of my favorite gens overall & Necrozma (especially ultra form) is one of my top 10 favs design wise.
I have drawn so much fan art of that silly dragon, he's so cute in my opinion.
I just wish they would bring him back somehow. Maybe through a legendary like the thereon mirror
This is so interesting! I didn't know about half of these :o!
They should have just brought the Z-crystal back as a key item that lets necrozma change form. Then it can hold an item since it'd be nerfed without being able to change form mid-battle, plus no z-move.
I still have my save data with my Spiky Eared Pichu. I transferred up most of my other pokemon from HG to 5th gen. And was sad when I saw that I couldn't bring it up too. I will never delete that save data to play through that game because I refuse to abandon the little girl.
You know what else I'm curious about? What the hell is going on with Deoxys? It hasn't really been around since it sort of went missing as a mythical pokemon back during the 20th anniversary celebrations. Every other mythical got promotional art and cards and stuff themed monthly, but Deoxys was skipped over likely because it was available in-game in OR/AS and so it had me and a lot of other people wondering if it was even a mythical pokemon at all anymore if it was catchable in-game. It's mythical status got called into question.
Of course then Keldeo would go on to be catchable in Sw/Sh and that's still mythical... I think.
Since then, Deoxys has only been compatible in BD/SP as a transfer pokemon, but that's it. Completely missing from the main series even when all the other mythicals haven't been. I still have a shiny one from Pokemon Go that I'm waiting to bring into a current game but it's just forever locked out it seems.
Video was perfectly fine. I even liked and checked out more videos, but the title of this video needed a comma because when I read the title, I was confused. 😂😂
“Super Grande Nacho Ability” is not a phrase I knew I needed to hear, but am so glad I have. Many thanks.
This is why I can’t stand people who try and act like Dexit was a good thing in the long run.
I get that there’s only so much space on a game’s cartridge…but nobody’s telling them to create 100+ new Pokémon every 4-5 years 😒
Oh no, we didn't get tropius in sword and shield. So sad 😂
@@ArlecchinoAKAFather I’m more concerned with how GameFreak/TPC monetized the process by necessitating Pokémon Home and all the other Gen 8/9 games just to get a wider diversity of Pokémon. Even something like Tropius, which was sort of a bland ‘Mon with an interesting typing and movepool that was undercut by its wack Base Stats, would absolutely benefit from the new mechanics & such that Sw/Sh & even the trainwrecks that were Sc/Vi.
Just because we got new Pokémon to focus on doesn’t mean we should just abandon old ones that could be given a new lease on life. After all…what do most people look forward to THE MOST each and every Generation?
New Evolutions, Typings/Regional Variants, and Baby Forms of…you guessed it… OLD POKÉMON!!!
Your snark is not welcome here.

Rockstar, pop star, and libre pikachu have shown up in Pokemon go! Not a main series game but still cool to see them get love!

As someone who relatively recently started laddering on showdown in VGC I kinda want Smeargle back in the DLCs just so that I can get to know what all this fuss is about because the collective fear everyone seems to have of Smeargle is funny.
It has Spore, every single hazard, Baton Pass, every single setup move, etc
It learns literally every move through Sketch so it can even learn Judgement or Behemoth Blade (Smeargle also spammed Darkrai's Dark Void so mjuch in VGC that it was banned from using it and Darkrai got its only good thing nerfed to oblivion)
Moody + spore is the main thing. It can just decide to speed or defense boost the right way and sleep your entire team, it can also have whatever other support moves it wants so it can be very disruptive. Just a very annoying high variance mon.
Imagine every annoying status move put into one Pokémon that also gets a plus two stat boost each turn
Considering that what they did with Palkia and Dialga and their signature items and origin forms, Groudon and Kyogre should have gotten the same treament in SV. Could probably nerf them pretty hard by not giving them the stat boost, but retaining their new abilities when they equipped the items, and their appearance. Groudon could also keep his primal fire-typing. Their ability was obviously a big part of why they were busted, but gotta let them have something. They could potentially do the same thing Palkia and Dialga's new forms did, which was to change their stat distribution, for example make Groudon a special attacker and Kyogre a physical attacker, they both have movepools that could let them make use of this, but that's not really in the spirit of the primal forms.
It would be nice if they changed Necrozma to either be required to hold an item or made it a new form of Battle Bond to access its ultra form again
Did a little bit of scrolling, I'm surprised barely anyone mentioned XD-001 Shadow Lugia. Besides the fact if can't be traded or transferred while not purified as is, it still leaves that amazing model locked to 1 Game...
Hell even it's unique Psycho Boost gets taken away from it when it's transferred out of Pokemon Home, at least it still keeps it's Ribbon with that sick a** "Go, Lugia The Triumphant!" battle title.
Imagine a timeline where the partner moves made it to the main games for their respective evolution lines.
the watchmen thumbnail is insane 😭
So you're telling me, that Pikachu was NOT doing the Sieg Hiel in the thumbnail?????
Cosplay Pikachu is also interesting because Pikachu Libre appeared in not just Pokken but also Smash Ultimate as a pallet Swap of the Selene hat Pikachu (which itself is a model swap of Pikachu like Louie or the Koopalings as a pikachu's tail indicates if its male or female, though they probably just swapped out the tail to save time).
Another Pokemon form you can no longer use is Arcues Legendary form. It was introduced in Pokemon Legends Arceus as the 19th Arceus form. In this game, there are 18 tables to choose what type form for Arceus, but once you capture Arceus, it gives you a 19th table that transforms Arcues into Normal type. The difference between Legendary table normal Arcues and Normal table Arcues is that in this form, his signature is super effective against any Pokemon regarded of the type. On the other 18 forms (including normal), the signature move uses the type of the form. This form is not included in Scarlet and Violet.
Primal groudon and kyogre plus mega rayquaza sounds like the most epic battles vgc had(excluding how broken the mons were)
8:20 or its even more cool Japanese name "Heaven scorching light of destruction"
A bad pokemon with a busted move: *exists*
Smeargle: “I have found some new inspiration!”
Bro jumpscared us using that Smeargle.
I laughed so hard at the smeargle par😂 i never thought of that, and that sounds terrifying
Spiky eared pichu is the one I want back the most ironically
Same with cosplay pikachu
"It would be utterly broken in competitive if it had access to it."
Actually, LGPE OU is a real metagame that exists, and from what I understand, Pikachu-S is... Actually, not that good. The tl:dr from what Smogon says is that it's not bad, but it's far too frail to be consistent and is generally outclassed by other Electric-types and priority move users. Eevee-S, however, is genuinely a really good support Pokemon, particularly because of Sparkly Swirl's unique ability to clear statuses and some of the other Eevee-S signature moves being able to spread statuses without being blocked by Taunt. Of course, Eevee-S is still very frail, just like Pikachu-S, but the sheer power of its support abilities give it enough value that it's worth playing around how frail it is, whereas Pikachu-S just doesn't do enough that other Pokemon can't do just as well to justify using it. LGPE OU is a certainly an interesting metagame.
damn Marcos Moxie Boosted is just like me fr, as I'm also doing undergrad research related to optical tweezing.
