  • Today, I'm talking about bone health and 5 ways we can improve bone health:
    Our bone health is a direct reflection of our whole health and our likelihood of experiencing both quality and quantity of life.
    In my experience not too many people are walking around noticing other people's bone density or health. In fact, the thing most people notice or talk about is weight loss.
    Unfortunately, weight loss usually involves bone loss.
    Once again, it is essential to focus on building strength, stamina, and increased bodily function rather than losing weight. Weight loss without getting stronger could be destroying your capacity for quality and quantity of life, not to mention maintaining any of the fat loss you did incur.
    As bones become more frail, our risk for minor health events turning into life altering health events increases markedly.
    What most people don't realize is that our bones are are a metabolically active tissue.
    They are continually remodeling, repairing and regenerating themselves. Over and over, the body is removing bone structure and building new bone structure to maintain the integrity of our skeletal system.

    Can you give nutritional advice to those who cannot eat diary products?
