When I get anxious I get the feeling that my throat is swollen and that I can’t breathe straight. Videos like this remind me that there’s nothing wrong with my body, it just needs some time to process big emotions and being present and paying attention to each part of my body really helps me. I hope it helps you too 🧡

Wow this really help ngl, I still feel a little overwhelmed but I'll just do it again but I've been feeling like a third wheel in my friend group and it sucks and I wanted to tell them but kept getting scared and changing the subject. Hopefully I'll gain the confidence real soon

I have to be honest, simply by saying "completely releasing, letting go" doesn't make it so.
Research leads to lost and release I was not aware
I can't stand headspace. If you're really anxious, "just relaxing" doesn't relax anything. Its a progression of "just relax your leg" and "just relax your chest" and "just feel the deep relaxation that you're having" as if verbalizations of your wished state would create it somehow. It rather tends to accelerates my anxiety tbh
It’s not headspace, it’s meditation, not everyone can bring themselves up to a basic level of mental control and discipline to start with meditation because its benefits are only seen once one has practiced it for some time atleast.
