I got my Audley straight from Alibaba. It was nerve wrecking 🤪… The language barrier, the honesty on providing a delivery date. The assembly… Took me 3 months to get it and 3 months to get it running. After all the haggling I paid $7500 with delivery, duties and extra film, ink & powder. Then I had to have a patio door installed to get it in installed with electrical another $3000🤣🤣…. I did not get enough supplies either 🤦🏾‍♀️…..

There is pros and cons either way. As an older couple we went with a US based company in AZ.
We have been working continuously since we went online with the printer.

Something I did find different, is I wasn't able to get to your same sales rep - I got someone different and they worked with me through the whole process. She explained they had different reps as they do sell around the world and generally assign a rep and that is who sticks with you. I contacted my vendor that I had for my heat press and he called Audley as I had someone that was trying to convince me to purchase a rebranded Audley built out of the same warehouse and they put me in contact with my same rep. Now if I asked for your specific rep to start with it might have been different possibly?

Thank you for this expanded information on your Audley purchase. We were so tempted to attempt your overseas success, but honestly were too scared to take the risk. This was about 3 months ago. At this point we have decided to try to finance a Mimaki TXf-300. Thought it may have been a more stable printer, but now I am second guessing that based on yall's mention of knowing someone have 4 out of 6 down. Can you elaborate a little on that? I can only afford 1 machine, so really can't afford for it to be down.
