    Alex, I've heard that you don't have to make the Spot Layer for Digital Factory. Is that true?
    Thanks for the video! It's been very helpful

    Great video..learned a lot about DF for sure.
    Still can’t get white to print alone, only if another color is present.
    Is your spot setting in hosonsoft set to RIP?

    • @chooseams
      @chooseams  Před 4 měsíci +1

      I think this would have to do with your underbase settings in the RIP

      @@chooseams Thank you soo much for your time! We are having issues with the color inks. We will start a job and about every 4-6 prints the color will change from either too light or too dark with streaks so of course the prints are no good at that point so we have been printing 4 prints stop and do a print head clean 1-3 times before we can get good quality prints again. I would have expected this issue with the white ink but not the CMYK. The white ink printhead is clean as a whistle and absolutely no issues with the white at all. China told us to pull the dampers out and pull out the air which we did but that was the messiest process ever. Ink went every where. Can you show how to replace the dampers? And I would like to see how you start a job from scratch from the printer concerning the film and also how you end with the film. We have been feeding the film all the way thru to the roller and that is a lot of waste and the same when ending the job. How to we reduce the waste? I have so many other questions and I apologize for this. I am willing to pay for your time if you are willing to help me.

      Are you printing color bars on your prints? The cmyk color bars that run along the side of the print?

      @@chooseams NO I am not! We are still using Maintop because I couldn't figure out CadLink (until your video yesterday) and I don't know how to turn them on in Maintop

      There is a setting you can do in hosonsoft.
      On the setting tab, you change the color bar settings.
      We do wetting, left position, strong, 10mm
      This should help tremendously. We also used to face your problem

    Thank you for the video .
    I bought CaDlink like 2022 v10 and could not connect it to my Audley 24 as well. However, i can't find how to down the ripped file in prm. It only allows me to save the files as BKL.
    Could you please help and show me how to download the ripped files in prm, please.
