I’m from 🇺🇸 and I loved everything about Uruguay… 🇺🇾😍 some foods were not seasoned quite enough but meats were… headed back in 2 weeks and looking for property and packing 3 weeks worth of my favorite spices 🛫
I am planning to come Uruguay please I need u help how to apply vissa
agreed completley! there could be a lot more spices used in the kitchen, but the intention is there
Because in USA there is no trash right? I am from Uruguay and I live in USA, homeless, trash, crime, crazy people walking like zombies in downtown LA, NY, San Francisco.. Shooting and trash in chicago... Should I keep going?
I was I guess comparing more to Australia… and in the us obviously there are major problems (I think worse than Uruguay) but that isn’t the point of the video. It’s about things we don’t like here in Uruguay.
Defensiveness of locals ...point made 🤣always the same ...not capable of taking any criticism. So glad I am out
I agree with you. Many countries have trash “everywhere,” so the way she said it felt like it implied Uruguay was the only country, which is inaccurate.
I'm Australian with an Uruguayan mother.
Ever been to Thailand? Dirty, trash everywhere. Still one of the coolest countries you could ever visit. Could easily live there.
The guy in the video sounds like he's scared of germs, or anything 'icky'
Yeah, lots of "Leetinos" in those states or places of USA which explains the trash and shootouts.
There seem to be a lot of unnecessary defensiveness in the comments section (maybe goes back to the points made in the video?) These guys made a well balanced, unbiased review of what they observed living there. No shade, hate, or finger pointing. Just their observations.
HAHA! As a Uruguayan the word entrepenurial is not something I was expecting. Nice to have a different output on that one.
it does seem here there are far more "small businesses" like little corner stores or young people re-selling old clothes or importing makeup and re-selling etc. not large scale maybe, but on the ground level! any most people seem willing to support and shop locally.
@@MaddieAle in uy medium and small buisness and little business makes up to the 94 % of tradings just like you do ir the almacen or kiosco in the corner of your neibourhoods 😀😀😀😆😆😆😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣😏😏🙄🙄🙄🙄🤔🤔🤔🤔🤨🤨🤨
Right!!!! Lmfao
ngl bro can not say anything about trash
Defensiveness of people, maybe your attitude is the reason... I live there since more than 7 years, and I NEVER had any problem with rudes locals, at the opposite, uruguayan people are very friendly with foreigners
Politley, I think its impossible for you to know how foreigners are treated unless you are a foreigner. I have had SOME people be super nice to me and others just be very rude. Its more if I don't understand something, people can be very quick to make you feel stupid for not knowing something, that only a local would know. All my international friends agree with me. But again SOME URUGUAYANS are the nicest people i've ever met so it is in no way ALL Uruguayans, but it absolutely happens and no it's not "my attitude" because I go out of my way to be nice and smile, more than any local i've seen.
@@MaddieAle I am Belgian and left europe 10years ago. I traveled in the continent and Uruguayan people were always incredibly friendly with me from Colonia to Rocha, I worked by night in Montevideo, I live in Ciudad de la Costa and felt in love with this country because People never made me feel as a stranger, they adopted me day1 with my poor accent and I was really surprised to see this negative point. My intention is not to be rude, but I am pretty sure something in your actitude is the reason or I am the luckiest guy because it never happened to me and I can't hide physically I am a stranger.
Are you being defensive? 👀
Viva mi Uruguay 🇺🇾
🇺🇾
As a Uruguayan I say that America has more trash then Uruguay so Be quiet and also La has guns going off and in ny there is strait up robbers everywhere 😂 should I keep going
They are just naming a dislike. They didnt say the country was bad because of it. Chill down defensive local. Everything and every place has pros and cons.
Defensive comment 🙌👀
Defensiveness? DEFENSIVENESS!?! WFT!?!
Hi, I’m Esteban and I’m from Uruguay 🥴 and I couldn’t agree more.
Hi guys ,of cours we are no perfect and the trash always is a problem ,because we dont have a good esducation about that ,anyways Welcome to my country
The trash everywhere??, personally I see my country as being pretty clean, the trash you may see sometimes may be from the homeless people that go in the trash dumpsters and make a mess taking the trash out. I live in the Washington D.C. area, being the capital of the U.S. and seeing so many homeless people here living in tents and occupying the city parks and circles, trash and rats everywhere. Uruguayans are defensive towards our country because we know we are not perfect, just like every country we have things to improve on but when a foreigner tries to bring us down we make sure that before you talk dirt about Uruguay, take a look at your country and compare before you open your mouth, the word "HATE" is a very powerful word, I think the word dislike is a better word to use, you don't see me making videos about the bad things I see in this country!
Bro, chill....
He said a positive and a negative. Let it be....
I like Uruguay ,saludos1🇨🇦
What I like about uruguay? Peaceful, nice people, free healthcare, free education, most stable. Country in latin america, top 10 full democracies in the WORLD! What I hate about Uruguay? Foreigners nitpicking crap about Uruguay. If uruguayan are defensive, it is because foreigners think of the world in terms of " 1st & 3rd world country". "Developed " countries have BIGGER problems but please, go on...
Channelle has a really nice Adidas jacket 😮!
3 stripes on point fo sho!
The Australian should blend her foundation better in the neck area
I have question what do you mean you don’t like the defensives of the locals just curious??
She's probably speaking about our proudness, too many people here can't stand any kind of criticism
@@taff554 are you Uruguayan too??
@@jodecigodinet5411 sí
@@taff554 aw nice
@@taff554 quick question Um what do you mean people can’t handle criticism??
Nice
I want to work in uruguay
possible or not
you can watch another one of my videos about this! its called "working in uruguay" or something, go to our profile and you will find a whole playlist of videos about life in uruguay as a foreigner.
U.S.A is about standards...
standards of what exactly?
It's true Uruguayans are very defensive!
they have a lot of pride, which is cute, until it just becomes blatant defensiveness without actually hearing what you've even said!
What's with the full make-up and gown on the aussie gal . . Are the 3 of them going to vastly different places after this
Is it a crime to want to wear something nice? It's not a gown it's just a silk summer dress. we do have very different styles but it's not that deep.
Have you met Paraguay?😊
Warm greetings from Indonesia
Thanks Brother and Sista for sharing about Uruguay with us
Wish you always healthy and happy
God bless you and family
Thanks for the kind comment
In Uruguay they just should pour concrete to do sidewalks like they do in the USA. I don’t know why they keep installing those tiles that keep popping off.
Pa, a mi me parece horrible eso de meterle planchada xd, en algunos barrios están metiendo eso
All things that i know about uruguay is MEAT 🥩
i mean, that is honestly a pretty accurate start!
what if it was urgay
Uruguay is a cheap country for travellers ⁉️
uhhh... no. It's cheaper than the US for example, but argentina is FAR cheaper especially right now if you have USD $$
Love you girls
luxus problems ^^
I am from India I love Uruguay
hi!
💅💅💅
her comes some defensiveness. To the U.S dude worried abt trash everywhere, should've made u feel like u were in NY atleast LoL. Clean up ur shit before u critique other's LoL
🙄🙄TRASH WHAT TRASH every video I’ve been watching the streets are almost Immaculate‼️ I can’t believe it
yea because PEPOLE DON'T USUALLY FILM THE TRASH. Tbh it has been a little better recently since the pandemic ended (which is when this video was filmed) but you're going to base your opinion off of social media videos of people showing you pretty videos, and not off of not one, not two, but THREE people agreeing that there is a lot of rubbish?
Maddie, come to Argentina soon!
its not Yuruguay its Uruguay
?
Urgh
I like about Uruguay there drugs are legel😐☠️
Wow! I am surprised to hear that. This is a sign of a more evolved society. Legalization means you don't have drug gangs killing each other over markets like in countries whereby drugs are illegal.
SOME... aka marijuana, it isn't like everything is legal
@@MaddieAle When I fact checked the info returned suggested that all drugs are legal in Uruguay. I am talking about personal use amounts.
Nah uragay
Yummy mummy
Hey guys you are all very welcome to uruguay with what your likes and dislikes constractive critisism is really good to become a better country .....thank you alls cheers from dove cuty uy 😁😁😁😂😆😆😆😆😍😍😍🤩🤩🤩😘😘😘👌👌👌👍👍👍❤❤❤💕💕💕💖💖💖💝💝💝💥💥💣💣💣
