Hey Kel, I commented 8 months ago how much I like this workout. I was working out a lot, including this one, to prepare for pretty substantial breast reconstruction surgery post-cancer. In a nutshell I had a tummy tuck from which was taken the material needed to transplant into what was left of my breast. Four days in hospital, 8 week's recovery and I started exercising gently again in December. Today I did this workout for the first time in 7 months and I did it!!! Had to make some modifications around the abdominal stuff but I feel great! Thank you so much!

This 45 minute barre workout is perfect! As a mother I only have 30-45 minutes available to workout & want to make the most of those minutes. (Let’s be honest, I don’t really want to workout more than 45 minutes either.) Warm up, arms, butt, abs, legs & cool down accomplished in 45 minutes. Bravo! 👏🏼💕🙏🏻🙌🏼

I've been doing your workouts for the past few months and love them all! Especially the 30+ minutes videos when I'm on fire at the end! I swear they are harder than anyone could guess for lean, low impact cardio and balance, posture, poise.

Great workout! Although I've been an exerciser for decades (I'm 66) this one really challenged me but I got through it first time! What I like about your approach is it forces me to work my body in different ways other than just cardio/weight work. I'll be checking out your other workouts for sure!

I used resistance band throughout the workout. They made a huge difference. Thank you so much for putting this together. Looks graceful but in practice, it is entirely challenging.

This is the first low impact series of workouts I've ever tried that truly challenged me. My sad joints can't take the jumping of a lot of other high intensity workouts, but I am in good shape, so I like to keep challenging myself to try to maintain. Thank you!

Oh man... I've been doing your workouts for about 4 weeks and thought I was getting in good shape but my abs are killing me after this! All good though, it shows they were doing some work. I love the variety in your classes, some with cool stuff with weights, some with beautiful balances and some with neat press ups, so I don't get bored of doing the same stuff all the time. Thanks for helping me feel so graceful x
I love this work out! I found your channel by accident and I'm so glad I did. The workouts are definitely challenging, but I feel like they're so much better for me then the typical strength workouts that I have done. I have had back and knee problems on and off, and my joints feel so much safer doing these workouts.
