If my weight is 90KG, so 60% of that is 54KG and it means that I should be doing side lateral raises with 27.5Kg dumbell on each hand?I believe this is incomplete information... you will not be able to load every msucsle of your body with same weight and do proper technique with full range of motion..Ex-1: On chest you can push 80% (70KG approx) of your weight, but you cannot do a shoulder press with such weight, unless you are a PRO body builder. Ex2 - If you are able to do squats with 90KG, you cannot load the same weight and do calf raises, unless you're on a legpress machine. Ex-3: If you deadlift 90KGs, then you cannot do bentover barbell rows with 90KGS. It doesnt work like that! Every muscle has different lifting and load capacity. One needs to understand that and pick a weight accordingly.
