Quick & Easy High-Protein Salad Dressing Recipe! 🥗

- Store-bought salad dressings are CRAZY expensive these days!
It doesn't help that I'm super picky (I can't help myself 🤨), and I won't buy dressing with canola, sunflower, or safflower oils.
This dressing is so easy that it practically makes itself. Okay, that's a lie, but it is easy, and my husband practically chugs it-it's that good.
In a blender, add:
3/4 cup of full-fat Greek yogurt
1/2 cup of sour cream
1/2 cup of your favorite salsa
handful of chopped cilantro
a tablespoon of chopped garlic
Too thick? Add more salsa or a squeeze of lime.
Not spicy enough? Add some taco seasoning.
You can also drizzle on tacos or mix this high-protein salad dressing into tortilla soup.
So yummy!
