    đŸƒâ€â™‚ïž Hip Pain Relief - Release The Glute Group To Feel Better Fast!

Whether you're an athlete, a fitness enthusiast, or simply someone looking to move pain-free, understanding the role of the glute muscles in hip function is key to finding lasting relief.
    🍑 What Are The Glute Muscles?
    The gluteal muscles, comprising the gluteus maximus, gluteus medius, and gluteus minimus, are powerhouse muscles located in the buttocks region. Not only do these muscles play a crucial role in hip extension and stabilization, but they also contribute to overall lower body strength and function. When the glutes become tight or overactive, it can lead to imbalances in the hip joint, resulting in discomfort and limited range of motion.
    đŸ€” Why Do My Hips Hurt?
    Hip pain can stem from various factors, including muscle imbalances, poor posture, overuse injuries, or underlying conditions such as sciatica or bursitis. Tightness or dysfunction in the gluteal muscles can often contribute to hip pain by causing tension and strain in surrounding tissues. Understanding the root cause of your hip discomfort is essential in helping you to feel better and restore pain-free movement.

    Thanks, Dr. Jared. Could you please do a video on side pain or a rib flare? I mean the muscle pain you get on the muscles which cover ribs at the side (probably the serratus anterior), due to insufficient support from the mattress. Would be great! Thanks.

    I’ve been having pain in my right hip area for two months now. It hurts when I walk and go up stairs. No idea what happened to cause this. I’ve been doing the stretches like you have described . When I do the figure 4 stretch, that is really painful. Chiropractic care hasn’t helped. I am at a complete loss of what to do to help this.

    • @toneandtighten
      @toneandtighten  Pƙed 23 dny

      Depends on how long ago the replacement was and what type of replacement was performed. Smartest thing is to go to a physical therapist and ask which movements are safe for you to perform at this point in rehab. Good luck!
