      Im using thermal grizzly minus pad 8 the sizes are 0.5mm on vram and vrms.. and 1.0 on backplate..

    Try to find a video on CZcams with a test of how to apply heat-conducting paste. No bobek for the middle, but better to make a cross from corner to corner. Then the paste is all over the surface of the GPU. Otherwise, it does not have to dissipate the heat over the entire surface and the work was useless.

    Just wanna share.. I used 0.5mm on vram and vrms.. and 1.0 on backplate.. all working good..i also do oc up to 1400 on core and 2200 memory..

      I think 0.5 but you can use 1mm. 👍

      They are 0.75mm. I used a brand called BCI who make a 0.8mm.

      If you put the wrong pads, you'll get it hotter.

      @@GabrieLight Yes. If you put pads that are too thick or too thin, the card gets hotter than without pads at all. Tested on many 570 cards.
