As a native of New Philly, I never could figure out why that McDonald's location closed. It's on the west end of town off I-77, a decent location with a lot of traffic.
Because the food was horrible and the service was worse. For the most part. I never got what I ordered when I went there. Kids loved it though because of the parties and play areas.
@@KnittyKitty215no. It was because of health code violations. The food was McDonald's.....that's about all you can say. All the same. And same with the service. I live there so
I immediately recognized it after that intro! But this place is in VERY BAD shape and it's only been closed for like 2 years! GRM Adventures also filmed an Abandoned McDonald's today! You should check that out too! But since the building is in bad shape...No food for you!
well i remember that mcdonalds had small playplace and it kinda looked like a space ship it had a pink slide a ladder made of ropes oh and the character statues...and there where i think a Ronald McDonald on a chair...
You must have gone to the McDonalds on the boulevard. It was just down the big hill and to the right a bit from Tuscora Park. The one in this video is a few miles away from the park and on a very busy street.
It seems every 10 years or so Mcdonald’s totally remodels or abandons restaurants. Mcdonald’s overall sales are also hurting. I enjoy the channel. Especially the K-Mart and Toys R Us.
The property is owne by two people and they got devorced and can't make up there minds the parking lot is split in two by oner ship one owns the buildind and part of the lot and other owns ther half of the lot crazzy.

Well, at least SOMEONE cares about the train equipment! I've gotta visit New Philadelphia sometime - never been there before.

Hi. Why so many abandoned places in Ohio ?
Usually McDonalds are always busy. I'm surprised to see it abandoned.
I’m here right now (schoenbrunn next to it) and was thinking the same thing. Huge opportunity for a club!! We need some kind of entertainment
It's still empty. I live down the road . I use eat here all the time . Sad to see it go.
How far from Tuscora Park is it bc I used to go down there and swim

Im kinda surpised at that big wind turbine at 0:18. Seems odd to see it in a populated area.
Every McDonald's video you put a Mc something in the thumbnail!
