Well I don’t smoke or drink but I’ll tell you right now alcohol is terrible and I hope everyone chooses to smoke over drink any day.
I mean to each their own... Honestly I can't imagine myself not being sober at 90% of time and without calling myself a drug addict.

Alcohol should be schedule one. No question. There is no medical use for alcohol in this day and age. When there are better anesthesias and it has high potential for abuse. It is straight schedule. One make alcohol illegal. I'm trying to get a movement going to at least get the discussion of making alcohol legal out there. If you look at the drugs that are currently illegal alcohol is without question causing more harm than any illegal drug known other than fentanyl. If it's causing the most harm after fentanyl, why are there so many other drugs that are illegal but it is still legal? Makes no logical sense. Also, about 1/4 of all shootings are alcohol related One out of four. That is insane. Make this stuff illegal now and get it off the streets

When he speaks of carcinogens, he’s referring to smoking marijuana, which has the same risk as smoking cigarettes. There may be risks vaping marijuana, but I don’t know if that is or is not carcinogenic. I don’t know if any risks of vaping marijuana can be as significant as smoking it.

THC still has an adverse affect on the brain, not to the extent of alcohol but it still will cause negative side effects over long term use. Recent studies have linked heavy, and/or frequent THC use to schizophrenia, depression, psychosis, risk of testicular cancer, anxiety related illnesses, BPD. On the proven side of things, using THC heavily, especially in your teen years, may leave more permanent effects. Imaging tests with some - but not all - adolescents found that THC may physically change their brains. Specifically, they had fewer connections in parts of the brain linked to alertness, learning, and memory, and tests show lower IQ scores in some people. Infrequent, low dosage use of THC has been credited with some health benefits. I do believe that THC does have a medicinal value, and more studies should be done to further prove this. But, most people don't use it in low doses but rather abuse it to a degree. So, enjoy it from time to time. But, don't use it every day. Eventually your dopamine levels will diminish to very low levels as tolerance levels rise and it will take a long time for the brain to return to normal after frequent use. Most will dislike and disagree, but these are the facts.
