The Stark was dyno tested. At the 80 hp setting it foes not make 80 hp to the wheel. It's closer to 60 plus.

AJ do you notice with the stark you cant get chain slap braking into the turns..... i feel like my stark doesnt brake as well as my gas bikes but my speed says different. i think its smoother so it doesnt feel like its braking as good
I think chain slap comes from a momentary mismatch in speed between the engine and the rear wheel under braking. An engine’s rotational speed isn’t totally consistent through its strokes. We’re talking fractions of seconds but the engine is slowing down after each combustion stroke, then speeding up at the next combustion resulting in a tug on the chain by the engine (or vise versa) and the slap you hear against the swing arm. That’s why you don’t get chain slap when you pull the clutch in or on an electric bike where you don’t have the instantaneous (slight) surges in engine/front sprocket speed.
@@splease149M I would agree. im just saying i feel like i get better braking with a gas bike during chain slap then my stark.....the chain slap is almost like ABS
That loud obnoxious bike looked slower. 1 second difference with a dead battery is actually pretty darn good, full charge would turn the tables.

Faster = Less work to control/gear shift the bike, In my humble opinion of course.
Yea they are cool bikes but the sound of a dirt bike and a motor can't beat that I'm good on the hole electric bikes I'll keep my Husqvarna fc 350 nothing better ❤

I was faster on josh Sheehans stark compared to my yz450f . And it had freestyle susp in it. I have a video on my channel . I think prob 1 or 2 seconds faster and bike felt more planted on slippery hard pack it could be a struggle in the sand tracks we have here.
