The children could be registered as none citizens children unless one of the Parents is a Ghanaian before they could be registered as Ghanaian

Try and move to Kumasi Schools (Serwaa Nyarko SHS, Opoku Ware, Prempeh College, St. Louis, Yaa Asantewaa School, Kumasi Anglican, St. Monicas etc) and Koforidua schools (Pope Johns, St. Roses, Aburi Girls, St. Peters).
In Cape Coast please visit the following schools ( Mfantipem, Holy Child Child, Ghana Nationals)
In Takoradi visit ( Archbishop Porter Girls, Secondi College, Takorad Secondary Technical)

Nigerians should accept the fact that Ghana has got a better health facilities and health care than their country, it's always bitter for Nigerians to accept the fact and that doesn't help their country. When it comes to government hospitals infrastructure, Ghana is way ahead of Nigeria but yet Ghanaians still pressure the government to improve the services. I lived in Nigeria for more than 12 years and have traveled extensively across the country, from Lagos to Sokoto, Sokoto Zaria, Zaria to Kano, Kano to Maiduguri all the way to Calabar, Aba , Onitsha back to Lagos. The government hospitals in Nigeria are very poor however the private hospitals are kept better and that is no secret. Let's hold our governments accountable to provide quality and better health care to the citizenry.

Most Regions in Ghana have their own Regional Hospital. Now the Government is targeting all districts and municipals to have one. That's the Agenda 111. Hopefully the government would commission some of them this year. At least 30 of them are nearing completion
The government want to commission between 50-89 of them for this year. This year will also be the year that ghana will finally reach 100% electrification as well as water penetration.

Ashanti Regional hospital, Sawua.
Military Hospital,Afari.
Bekwai Hospital, Bekwai.
Tepa hospital,Tepa
Konongo hospital,Konongo.
Kumawu hospital,Kumawu.
Agenda 111 hospitals too dey but start with these listed ones.
