My god bro you got something gold here. I cannot wait till you finish this story. I seen your first 3 stories and they are so good, and this one is shapping up to be something really big.
After engorging myself on movies 1-3 and scenes 1-50 of this one in the last two weeks, I'm not sure I handle getting one scene at a time lol. Also, I wasn't sure if I'd take to a "prequel/sequel" after getting 3 incredible movies, but I'm so immersed in your storytelling and impressed by your work. I've found myself Googling tons of Star Trek wiki for reminders of your ties to canon material, and revisiting scenes of all 3 full movies to refresh my knowledge of your plot lines. I'm blown away by all of this. Thank you so very much for all your effort!
Good god…I was really impressed by the dialogue in this scene. Garr seemed like he was slipping away until ensign Call was able to provide a lifeline towards how we define our own reality, rather than allow someone else’s reality become our own. Garr normally is very arrogant and keeps people at arms length with his attitude, but I am hoping by the end of this story we see Garr shifting directions towards a more personable, forgiving person, and will begin to bond with his new shipmates in a way he never thought possible. In the meantime, the alternate Garr’s true intentions are about to be revealed…and he will not go quietly. I see a battle of witts coming between Garr and alternate Garr…the kind of mental challenge that keeps me in extraordinary suspense. What can’t you have a staff working for you? The wait until your next scene will be agonizing. 👍
This and Scene 8 (the scene in Erickson's quarters with Reyf) are probably the most "TNG"-like moments in Resurrection so far, and I'm extremely proud of them both. This scene took a lot of TLC and patience to get just right, there are still a few weak points (I think) but all in all it turned out more or less exactly how I was hoping.
This keeps getting better and better 👍

Thank you! I'm VERY proud of Resurrection's story, in some ways more so than the narrative in the original trilogy.

Wow. Just wow.
And is the wall display and model under it the Cygnus from "The Black Hole"?
Yes! Good eye.
