@@lindatohara6438Could you please cite scientific studies?
Does my weed have to come from. Bishop? Or can I use some good high grade or Cali?
I make chai every morning with: ginger, clove, peppercorn, turmeric, cinnamon, and cardamom (with black tea, milk, and honey)- it makes me feel so good, I feel like I can feel it coursing through my veins...so delicious and healing.
That sounds great!
Hi! Would love to know how you make this (quantities etc) It sounds gorgeous!
OOOH! Recipe?
Recipe please 😍
😮 sounds like what I need
In 2020 i became very ill & multiple doctors were perplexed as to my condition ,even after many different blood tests , x-rays & MRI . It became obvious as time went by that i was going to have to take matters in my own hands . After much research i came up with a regime of Yoga , meditation & a juice which i would drink everyday ...fresh ginger & turmeric , cayenne pepper , kale , lemon juice ,garlic & a touch of honey . This was the beginning of my healing process . In 2022 i was finally diagnosed with M.E 😒 but by then , i had managed to get it under control just by practicing the above . Thanks for sharing your knowledge 😊
I can relate. I had a similar experience, and have also managed, and mostly healed my M.E through dietary and lifestyle changes. It's a difficult path. Well done for taking things into your own hands and not letting it defeat you. I wish you the best of luck on your healing journey 🙏
@@caitlin4663 thank you so much . I hope you too are doing well . One game changer I forgot to mention was , Thiamine ☺️✌️
This isn’t about beauty it’s about a healthy gut, but your BEAUTY is so large that I can tell your gut is happy. 😍
I agree. She’s so beautiful and lively.
Thought the same 😅
Would love a video on hormone support.
Same!
Well as an Indian, add these too to your life
1. Mustard seeds
2. Cloves
3. Hing(asafoetida)
How are you using mustard seeds and clove? Tha last one I have never heard 😊
@@adinafukaz9398Hi! I'm sure the original commenter can reply when she sees this, but meanwhile I'll let you know how I use them.
For both cloves and mustard seeds, I lightly fry them in oil like any whole spice while making curry, khichdi or any other dish. Personally I love the flavour of mustard, so I also use black mustard seeds in oil before making fried rice. Also you can grind the mustard seeds and use it as a paste for marinade for fish curries or steamed fish, as we use traditionally. You can use cloves while making tea.
I personally don't use that much hing, but my friends and relatives use it in curry or sabzi.
I hope that was a bit helpful!
@aromitamallik Thank you for taking time to replay! I love mustard but I didn't know how to use the seeds. I'll give it a try. All the best!

This was an eye opening video! Thank you so much for the info on these spices. I have a lot of gut issues and I’m going to try some of these!!
Excellent advice, as a fellow Indian I have been using all these spices since childhood and also drink the hot water concoction with the 3 super spices.
Note : add ginger peels in the boiling water . Add methi and Ajwain sometimes
NEVER drink cold water
NEVER drink soda during meals as it extinguishes the FIRE during digestion process
Just soda or all carbonated drinks?
@@KatGloAll carbonated drinks, or even ice cold water directly after meal stops the digestion process.
Sooo good to know - thank you ❤

Radhi, you beautiful human being! Thank you so much for this video. I've been struggling with gut issues for a long time, and been going through a bad case of IBS the last week. I made a tea with Cumin and Coriander Seeds and Lavender Flowers (I didn't have Fennel Seeds). Oh my gosh, I am tooting like crazy, but gosh I feel better 🤣

My gut got better since I included more nuts, spices, and veggies in my diet. Thanks for the video
What veggies you used?
@@Yahsprincess Spinach, peas mushrooms, and others you find in supermarkets
Such a nice video! Thanks!
Wonderful! Thank you 😊
nice how you explained how to use each of the spices because many i wouldn't have a clue what to do with it
Omg this has been super informative, thank you!
I’ve got a lot of long standing gut issues (IBS) and Esha has a very weak gut now too.
I have actually been recently researching on natural remedies and the super importance of gut health particularly in association with inflammation and immune function.
I will most certainly be trying out these spices in tea form. It all makes so much sense.
Thank you!!! 🙏🏼
I have had “IBS” also, what really helped me is eating oil of oregano, grapefruit seed extract.
Good luck. I hope you are feeling better
Hi, I watched this video a few months ago. It has literally changed my life. I am now using about 10 spices daily as a warm drink that has replaced my coffee. The result has been weight loss and I'm no longer limping from knee inflammation. I needed to say, thank you to you!🥰☺️
Angela
Hi Angela, I was wondering of you toast or ground the seeds first before boiling them in water, or put them in the water whole? Thanks! - Zowie
@@ZowieA Hi Zowie, I haven't toasted the seeds. I mix about a table spoon of each of the spices in a sandwich bag. When I am ready to make my drink, I put about a tablespoon of the spice mixture inside on an empty tea bag. I let it steep and I drink it with some oat milk, and a non sugar sweetener. It tastes somewhat like a chai. I also use palm jaggery and recently added Amla.
@@brownangelchats OK, thanks! Just wanted to make sure I was doing it correctly.
This was such a helpful video! :) I will definitely be trying CCF in the mornings.
Thank you for sharing your knowledge ❤
Thank you for sharing!
I love your glass canisters!
Thank you Radhi this was so easy to understand how to use the spices even though I use several of them, here I learned how to combine which for what effect and for morning ritual of adding which to hot water besides my usual of cloves & cardamom. Taste of cumin I've thought of as not a morning spice. I use in lentils and hummus but I'll now try in morning too. ❤
I love this ❤ thank you!
great video - thank you 🙏🏻
A big thank you. I've just made a note of everything you've said & I'm definitely going to try all of this. Now off to buy some tumerick ❤
I agree wid you 💯 Radhi. Great advice!
Really helpful ❤
I loved it, thank you! Been drinking the CCF tea for a bit over 2 months now, every morning - such a difference! I would love a part 2 video with other spices 🥰
You have to soak the seeds to remove the anti nutrients before consumption. Those with digestive issues should not be consuming seeds without the lectins being removed otherwise it will offset the healing process. Before I healed my gut consuming seeds that were not activated were detrimental and I got serious reactions that were life threatening.
Good information what seeds and spices did you use to heal your gut ? What formula did you create that worked for you?
how do you do that please ?
What do you soak them in just water and how long?
Thank you Thank you Thank you!
Such great advice....Ayurvedic spices are meds
You are so fluent and beautiful inside out ❤

Thank you so much Radhi! I loved learning more about all the spices, with your detailed knowledge about them. On a completely different note, wanted to ask where you got that gorgeous ring/bracelet from (if you wouldn't mind sharing:)) I have been admiring it for ages :D
Excellent advice Randhi! As a Persian Italian with a latin hubby, I cook a lot with CCF though i start my day with grated turmeric black pepper & ginger tea and after with probiotics & enzymes drink.
Thank you, really great information❤
