- Steve Barrett is back with a new WoW. Steve, Lisa and Jasmin take you through three moves on the Deck that combine step, plyometric and bodyweight exercises for a great workout. You will need a GRIPR to work your arms. The heavier the GRIPR the better.

The exercises;
1. Step Up, Step Back
2. Sit up, throw, jump
3. End to end
4-6 rounds, 1 minute on, 15-30 seconds off.
