20 MIN FULL BODY DUMBBELL WORKOUT | Burn Fat & Build Muscle | 2 Rounds | At Home Workout

  • This 20 min workout is a mix of HIIT parts and full-body weight exercises, perfect for those who want to improve their overall fitness, tone their muscles, and burn some calories.
    For this workout, I will be using 10kg weights, with each dumbbell weighing 5kg. However, if you don't have weights at home, you can use water bottles or any other household items with some weight to them. The full-body weight exercises will target all major muscle groups, including your legs, back, chest, arms, and abs. By using weights, we will be able to challenge our muscles and help them grow stronger. This workout consists of two rounds, each round consisting of 5 sets. For each set, we will perform three exercises in a row, with each exercise being 30 seconds long. After completing the three exercises, there is a 30-second rest period before moving on to the next set.
    Remember to keep proper form throughout the workout, and if at any point you feel too fatigued or uncomfortable, take a break and rest. It's always better to take a short break than to risk injuring yourself.
