Pituatary looked okay now on waiting list with the NHS for testosterone problem. I am still wondering why I have such low 9am cortisol levels. They told me they were 113 and should be a min of 300. I would like to hear more about why he doesn't prescribe clomid anymore. I've had signs of low T all my life--I'm a skinny, unmuscular guy who can't grow a proper beard. I'm 46 and T was tested at 460, which is lower than average but doesn't qualify as hypogonadism. I don't to get on T and shut down the natural production I still have, so keeping my endogenous LH/T production sounds ideal.

    • @oooooooohhhYEAH
      @oooooooohhhYEAH Před 5 měsíci +1

      clomid will increase your estrogen as well, and in most cases, only gives you an increase of T on paper, you may not feel the effects of a T boost like from TRT. It also has some nasty side effects, mainly with vision. Some men will get eye "floaters" that are permanent. The best option always is testosterone. It is always possible to jumpstart your natural production again although it wont be what it was and will require numerous other therapies like hcg, enclomiphine etc.

    Two weeks on Clomid. Irritability is a real thing as I snapped at my wife a couple of times. I usually do a really good job of containing my temper/mood, however, these last two weeks have been challenging. The other area of concern for me is weight gain. I feel a little bit bloated while on this medication. Like things are moving slowly which has stalled my weight loss progress and making me feel lethargy. I'm focusing on upping my water intake and pushing through the sluggishness. I'm going to give this a full 8 weeks before I consider quitting, unless something major happens.

Put the smooth, copper side down around the rubber top, tighten it around it until it is as sealed as possible (putting a twist tie or rubberband to keep it tight can be a good idea). Both copper and aluminum foil block gaseous transfer, while copper is highly antimicrobial as well. Essentially this keeps both air/oxygen and microbes from getting in. I was wondering if it blocks estrogen, does that actually block the effects of estrogen or does it just make it so your brain thinks that there isn't enough estrogen. If it just tricks your brian into thinking there isn't enough estrogen but there is, that would make you produced a lot more estrogen than you need. which could cause gyno. In the other case. if it actually blocks and makes that originally created estrogen not used, then your brain would kick up production of testostorone, in order to make that usual normal range of estrogen, so it would increase the testostorone with out really changing the levels of estrogen. Would anyone be able to let me know which of the two cases it is with Enclomophene?

    No one should be using this stuff, unless they have damaged testicals... Or at least until you've done the basics.
    1) reduced body fat to12-15%
    2) corrected metabolic dysfunction.
    3) optimised sleep wake cycles.
    4) preform strenuous activity for 30-45min per day.
    5) get stress in check.
    6) cut out all hormon dysrupting chemicals.
    7) do manly shit with the lads have an adventure.
    All of these sound difficult but they're just a case of over riding that bullshit voice in your head that moans and tricks you.

You really need someone who specializes in testosterone specifically, because there is so much misinformation and inexperience among the medical field in general when it comes to these issues, even among endocrinologists.
      Just be careful when selecting the clinic, as there are many shoddy clinics / snake oil salesmen in this industry. Look for somewhere that’s been established for several years with stable experienced staff and reputable reviews.
