No sup life jacket..! Plz becareful when it saltwater.. Tides can pull you out to sea. . Great video.
Good video and looks like you had fun. A BIG warning about paddleboarding around Worms Head, there are extremely dangerous currents especially on an ebbing tide, which will take you to Lundy if you are lucky or Ireland/America if you're less lucky....!

Life jackets are mandatory in South Australia for sups. Even on a man made lake.
