has anyone had an issue where the axle only comes partially out? My one stops at the end and I can't see what is stopping it from coming out. It's been out before.. just stopped coming out after a few weeks of riding

want to ask for the SRAM RIVAL spindle diameter size? is it 24mm or 28.9mm

    • @FreeToCycle

24/22mm. One side is smaller than the other! GXP axle.

I gave up on Sram GXP standard BBs, they don’t last long. The design is not great having different Bearing cartridges on each side and having a wave washer.
I would advise for a GXP crank, buy a standard hope BB and get the hope GXP adapter and fit.
You get rid of the wave washer, have a smoother and sealed BB as well as having the same force applied to both BB bearing cartridges which are the same spec on each side.
This is how you make GXP a good system 😏😏🙂🙂

I just use a standard 24mm bb with shim, it been working fine on different bike with the same crank over the year for me

it still spin, I would have run that bearing for another 5k....

  • @siguureinartraustason8564

I would run these bearings for many more miles. You should hear how badly my gxp bb bearings sounds that's nothing compare to these.
