Nice video, I have a plate with extensions to add a ripper. Possibly tomorrow. I have a small shovel implement configured now.
Succes with your version of the ripper.
Thanks for another good video. I copied your design last year and made my ripper to be placed on pallet fork frame. It works well. Thanks for the idea and sharing your great ideas.
Great to hear that the ripper design works well for you too. The nice thing about a pallet fork frame is that you can even place it off-centre (e.g. more to the right or left) when this is prefered. Am I correct?
Do you also have a guard frame at the top of the pallet forks? I can imagine that this large frame can be a nuisance in limited spaces.
@@OutdoorsintheLowCountries yes, it does have a frame at the top. I made it removable after bending it on some standing trees. I build the blade on a plate with gussets, welded in bolts to align with slot positions, and drilled and tapped lower pallet fork frame . So the unit sets in place on the top two bolts and and bolted on with two bolts on bottom. Takes a few minutes to put on but gives some versatility.
@@pkurt67 Thanks for explaining.
I copied this design here in the States. It does the job, but you need to use it in this manner. Thanks so much for a great attachment for my JD 1025R!
You're welcome. And great that the Rhino Ripper design is also doing its job in the States at your JD 1025R compact tractor! 👍
Great looking soil. Much better than what I have in the cascades of Oregon, USA., Hans
Now I'm becoming curious. :-)
What type of soil do you have over there?
@@OutdoorsintheLowCountries Volcanic clay. Needs lime and compost to grow any thing other than trees and grass.
@@edwinlikeshistractor8521 I always thought that volcanic clay is good for farming. But your comment sounds quite differently.
Cascade Oregon There are a lot rocks
The best design ever
Thanks for the compliment!
Where to buy your product?
This is a home made implement. But a good metal worker in your neighbourhood should be able to make you one.
