What’s cool about Billy the kid is that he was so loved and appreciated by his friends and they have said this. He was also jaunty and spoke Spanish and knew Mexican dance and He had the attention of the senoritas. He was a killer but also described as very cool under fire and even treated danger with disdain. He is really a cool character of the old west . Someone your want to meet.
Very well said! Exactly why I love him💕
Way cool. As an 80’s kid and a history buff, my interest with Billy the kid started with a Brady Bunch episode. I’ve been fascinated with his life story ever since. As always, another insightful video with excellent commentary!
Woohoo - the 80s! What a great time. YES! Billy the Kid's story is so fascinating. I can't believe it took me years to realize that!
That was Jesse James.
I love how adventurous you are I need to step out my comfort zone and just take solo trips everytime I say I'm going to I never do it or I cancel the trip out of fear. I don't go many places because, I don't have anyone to go with me so, I miss out on so many great trips and vacations, I love traveling and I love history great vlog looks like a cool place to visit.
I totally get it. It took me some time to get used to traveling solo. On these road trips, it definitely helps that I have my dog because I don't feel totally alone. Vlogging my journey helps too. Small towns are less intimidating too :)
I just love these western videos. I'm going to watch the Roswell one next!
Yay! Exploring the wild west history was so much.
We went to Tombstone and Mesilla Plaza area last week. I like visiting histrionic site too! I enjoyed your vlog. Thank you!
Nice!! I want to visit Tombstone next time. I'm all about old western towns now :)
@@travelpockets if you go, considering staying at The San Jose House which is a historic boarding house that Wyatt Earp stayed.
@@mylifewhereilive How neat!! Thanks for the tip!
We went to the courthouse in Lincoln NM. I have a pic I took showing a shadow of a cowboy next to my husband.
the is Very cool. Lincoln is so tiny compared to other Wild West towns like Tombstone isn’t it?!
I mean everyone there must’ve known each other. Very tight knit which makes the LC War that much more unique!
YES exactly why this location is so neat!!😍
Your so amazing my friend you always makes my day so much better
That is the sweetest thing to say. Thank you so much!
@@travelpockets feel like I’m on vacation with you
That was ghost of " billy" advising you you are entering his abode
do you think a day and a half trip would be good enough to get a good experience?
Yes, that'll be more than enough time :)
I'm from that area
Really!? Must have been a unique experience to grow up there.
