As a rebreather diver, I would be interested in seeing what a fire in a pure oxygen rebreather does. If possible get lungs from a slaughtered animal and attach them to the rebreather and pump them in and out a few times so the lungs are full of pure oxygen. Would a fire in the breathing loop actually burn the lungs?
It would be really really cool but i dont think dead animal parts are monetizable

That would be a valuable thing for divers to know, wouldn't it? I'd like to second the idea of trying that, and I'm going to go out on a limb and make my guess that yes, yes it would burn your lungs.

I love how many experiments they do in videos like this. There's not just or two short experiments, there's plenty of experiments w/ different situations, scales, materials, setups, etc.
We are beginning to enter MythBuster territory with these videos.

Ngl, I love all of the crafting/builds they do for their experiments/videos sometimes. I kinda wish they would show the builds for those in the videos too - even in a timelapse- bcos it's interesting (especially for anyone who might wanna learn how to do it), and I feel like they'd make it entertaining to watch.

Daaaaaaaaaam! I'm a welder and have used liquid oxygen under pressure with acetylene in a cutting torch at this one place. It cuts very well pretty quick and the dropping liquid steel from the cuts formed a white hot pool underneath.

It would be cool to see how much a stack or ream of paper doused in liquid oxygen and ignited would survive. I'm thinking about how I've heard of safes that incinerate it's contents if it's safeguards are triggered being expanded to a file room with sprinklers. Your "distributing device" gave me the idea but a lot of the charcoal survived so I wounder how well paper would fare.
