Thanks a lot for the video…. Saved me a lot of $$$$$
Thank you for this video. I had the exact problem and my grandson came over and was able to fix it in about 3 seconds.
After working all day with the painters who are going to paint my house tomorrow... I was opening my garage door and roller number 3 popped off the track. Occasionally I rely on CZcams to help me do things that I'm not exactly sure what to do. As you explained, I grabbed my vice grips and went to work... Thank you so much for your video, it worked perfectly! 😊
This exact thing happened to me today! I am so thankful for your video!!!
Very succinct and to the point, loved it!!
Thank you
Thank you for this video.
Very very helpful!
Thank you. Got mine fixed.
My bottom roller broke exposing bearings. Needs replacement but there appears to be no cable attached (dangerous part) and no red screws holding bracket. Our door is not cable lifted. Safe to proceed with removing bracket?
I’d be weary of unscrewing that bottom one, it can go wrong too easily if there is tension there. It’s difficult to advise without seeing it
how do you get a bottom roller back in the track? same way?
thanks
Bottom one has all the tension on it I’d be very careful with it. But it is a similar process
The post/stem of the bottom roller closest to the floor has come out of one of the holes on the bottom bracket. How can I get that back in place?
Whatever you do, DON’T unscrew that bracket, it’s got tension and can possibly launch up at you.
You can unscrew the rail bracket which should give you enough movement to shove the roller over a bit to put back into place
My bottom roller on the left facing the garage door is very tight not able to move. Due to this problem, I am not able to operate the garage door. How to loosen it and fix it?
Hello, I’ll make a video on that this week
@@GarageDoorGuidance Look forward to seeing your video so I can open the door.
How can I fix the top of my garage door it's not on the track at all
Can you get me some pictures so I can further assist ?

The bolt just popped out of mine and now I can't find it 😢
Should be able to use a similar nut and bolt to hold it down
How do you prevent this happening? Top rolller once a week
Check if the roller is worn, is the bracket it sits in bent when opened, what position / area does it come out in ?
It comes out in the just back/anterior from the curve. The roller doesn’t seem worn (37 years old), however it is not completely horizontal (the roller is on a axis that points down slightly down in other words the axis gets slightly lower as it gets closer to the side of the garage). I’d say it’s a 8 degree tilt.
It’s beautiful and I want 2 and I’m a Tesla fan so idc about any other vehicle I’ll take that truck over a lambo well I’ll take the lambo to sell it to get the truck and save the rest

lose the background music. Otherwise good video.
Pretty dull without it in my opinion, thanks for feedback though. I try to have as low as possible
