Why don’t you add choc. To the bottom first?
It would take a lot more work to add a third layer, but you're welcome to do it. I have tried it and it honestly didn't affect the flavor very much so I didn't think it was worth the extra step of doing so.
How come in the video, you are making six peanut butter cups and in the recipe on the website it says there are eight peanut butter cups in the recipe?
We have a multi-step process to create our recipes - one where we test and adjust the recipe, one for the photo version of the recipe (on the site) and one for video related shoots (here). We have some different equipment on hand in each place so it just depends on what equipment you have. You can make 8 in a regular muffin/cupcake tray, or if you have the larger/deeper 6-slot tray you can make 6.
Our nutrition is correct but the servings/serving sizes is something that you should decide yourself. It's up to you to decide how many you want to make in relation to your own macros - for example you can make more thin ones or fewer thick ones. Hope that helps clarify!
Where would you get low card chocolate
You can purchase online or make it yourself (bakers chocolate + sweetener + added cocoa butter/butter if needed + heavy cream depending on if you want milk chocolate)
I recommend powdered sweetener. I tried with regular granulated and it didn't dissolve!

What's the sugar substitute you added there?
It says in the video: an erythritol/stevia blend (powdered). Swerve is probably the most common of this variety, or you can make your own from erythritol + some liquid stevia.

Swerve has stevia in it? Hmmmm
@@Lucinda_JacksonHi, Lucinda! My birth mother's Maiden name was Jackson and yes I know it's a popular name but wanted to shout it out , because, who knows! 😊
Anyways, I grabbed my bag of Swerve confectioners. It says erithritol, prebiotic oligosaccharides (what is that? Saccharin?) And "natural flavors." HTH!

Not sure what you normally eat but it's a lot less work than most recipes 👍
