I have made these twice, once with Choczero dark chocolate and once with Choczero peanut butter chips. Both were exceptional. I love this recipe.

I made this recipe using Lily’s keto sugar free milk chocolate chips. They apparently don’t work like choczero. Took 3 min or more to melt, and never really got creamy. More I stirred, the more it amassed into one big blob. As soon as I tried to spread it, it hardened. Just ended up dropping blobs across the top. Hoping it will taste okay anyway. Will try next time with the choc zerochips

Hi, could i use double cream instead of more peanut butter to mix with the chocolate chips? id imagine the high fat would be good as softening the final choc top? (i am trying to keep the carbs to 20g per day and the peanut butter racks them up so thats why im asking) -thanks so much, you look beautiful as ever!

A bit disappointed in this recipe. I'm sure I did something wrong. The unflavored protein powder I used (Isopure brand), didn't blend in well with the rest of the PB layer. In fact, I had to use my immersion blender to incorporate it a bit better. The peanut butter layer was runnier than what I observed in the video. In fact, when I added the melted chocolate chips/PB, I had to swirl it in because the chocolate sank into the PB layer. BTW, I use Crazy Richard's creamy PB. Any ideas what I might have done wrong??

Thanks for getting back to me. Yes, the bars were fine after refrigeration. You are probably right about the PB being too oily. The brand I use is only ground peanuts, but it must be stirred before use. Even then, after stirring and refrigeration, it's fairly runny. What brand of PB do you recommend?
I usually do the stuff I can grind myself at the store, it comes out well mixed. My second favorite is Adam’s no-stir, it’s well combined also🥜
