These sugar free and keto peanut butter cups only use 3 ingredients! You can also make these with almond butter or sunbutter. They make great fat bombs!

I'm making these again this afternoon. This time I am melting some Bake Believe white chocolate chips and doing half in white chocolate and half in dark chocolate. Next I want to work on keto marshmallows and make marshmallow cups.
I tried them and they are delicious. I used the Bake Believe chocolate chips and Crazy Richard's peanut butter. I did have a slight cooling effect using powdered erythritol. Next time I may try 1/8th cup powdered erythritol and some drops of liquid stevia.
If anyone wants to make this even easier. Get a pan spread the peanut butter in it and then cover it with the melted chocolate,. Then place them in the refrigerator. Yeah they aren't cups but they taste the same.
