- Ever wonder what a night market in China is like? Me too! Welcome to an evening in Yang Shuo.
This walking street in chilly, rainy November is just packed - so we're out to find some snacks.
Of all the things I love about China, the diversity is what I appreciate today. Here in this walking street, you can enjoy food from just about every part of China. The pickled sour and spicy flavors from the South, the fresh and colorful meals from the East, and the savory meaty fire-cooking from the West, we have a bit of all of it today. Its great to have you with us!
I always look forward to "the next visit to China," and I think its now been 6 times so far to visit this amazing land. Enjoy the daytime drone shots as well (Yang Shuo is just a FASCINATING place, both full of history and natural beauty), and look forward to two more videos before we head back to hang out with Li's family in Guilin.

I miss this place.....I stayed 1 week in Xing Ping and had to leave because of Covid...Wishing to go back there again some day.
Been there in Guilin, Yangshuo 3 times. Love rent a scooter and just drive around on the country side and see all these cool mountains. Cool video Joel!
Johan! Exactly right man that is how to do it :-) Li was on an electric scooter for a while and me on my bicycle, just hundreds of kilometers like this and all of them excellent. I miss China, cannot wait to go back again for another trip (number seven I think?) soon! Did you have anywhere else near Guilin that you visited? Maybe I haven’t been there before?

Man! Great message and great memory. Yes, even after editing this video yesterday I was going back to look at old photos from Pakistan, that very same area :-) one of the best trips of my whole life.
I don’t know about the population it’s probably more than 800,000 ha ha ha but yes, I only saw any other foreigners on the entire one month trip right here in this town, in the other four cities we visited, I did not even see one foreigner and that is just… So crazy and such a gift, such a blessing to travel in China!!

Hello Archon! To be honest yes this is a very important question. Entire classes in university study just coming up with explanations for this one question… I took one of them myself. I have full assurance that God does love us dearly, he is all loving but also God is entirely just, he is both things. We humans can’t hope to see truth from our limited ways, and so yes at the end of all arguments there is some aspect of “Faith” here as we follow God, we must accept that there is a reason, but that only God can see the timescale required to know what that/this/the reason is for what happens here on earth.
