It is unusual for just one rod bearing to fail. If there was an oiling issue then all the bearings would exhibit the same amount of wear.
You think this could be a factory clearance issue ?
151K miles on the engine isn't that much.
Are you going to rebuild the bottom end or is this engine finished ?

Using a thermometer for diagnostic of tapping noise😩

Using the thermometer to show you the engine temperature, to understand, at what temperature of the engine you are permitted to check the engine oil pressure, i don't know how sensible you are that you can't distinguish the bottom end noise with the top end noise, do you think the tappets noise is that much louder and it occurs after long pause in between. I have clearly shown that the cylinder No. 3 big end bearing shells have gone, and you didn't see the big end bearing play, or you did it?
