I think it's important to note that a move can be "negative" in terms of frame advantage, while still being "safe" on shield due to positioning or lack of fast out of shield options (Like your example with Samus and Inkling)
@@TheTozotube And I quote from the SmashWikia: "Smash 3DS also removed 1.5x speed, but added a second version of 1/2x and 1/4x where time only advances while the L button is held down (regardless of the player's control settings). Smash Wii U re-added the 1.5x speed."
the two-frame punish can be done with any character, and basically any move with a hitbox. when u grab the ledge there are 2 frames before your ledge invincibility starts, and this is punishable. Only some moves / characters can two frame from moves ON the stage because they simply dont hit low enough
I've got an idea for a tutorial; Why not make a video explaining the best stages for Chroma Keying? I have seen a few people do it already but could be a good idea for content creators.

Cloud side a takes 9 frame approx and that's enough to react and to counter
if you do a quick 1x speed demonstration before explaining and showing it frame by frame, it would provide a good reference
