Re uploaded every year and I watch it every time.
I often get teased by my family for not being a more accomplished or prolific cook. I made his Beef Wellington last night, followed the instructions to the last letter, and enjoyed a delightful meal that no one could find anything to complain about. Never had beef wellington, at one point I would never try it because the beef looks undercooked but it actually looks good. I'd try it & also this was my first time seeing someone make it. I really enjoyed this video.
