I've been making this for about a year now and I'd like to share how I make it.
*Take 2-3 extra ripe bananas and cut them up like James does in the video. Then put it in a freezer Ziploc bag for a few hours (4-5). Then put as many frozen bananas in the blender as you'd like with a tiny bit of almond, soy, coconut or any milk you have. You may also add frozen berries, cinnamon, honey or whatever you want. Then blend it until creamy. Put it in a bowl or cup and enjoy!*

It’s pretty much the same, I just added some extra tips.
This is a great idea and one I tried and it worked is 2 bananas just like you did, but also when adding to the blender, add 1/4 cup of cacao powder. Tastes almost exactly like chocolate ice cream, but with a very slight off taste, almost not noticeable, from the banana I think. But it's super healthy. Probably not as healthy as eating a simple banana of course but for people that need sweet, this could do the trick and keep it very healthy.
By the way, it's called cacao, not cocoa. They are different foods and cacao is much healthier. I know you know this but some readers may not.
Good recipe, it's got to be healthier than any store bought frozen dessert.

Ok I made this and it’s sooooooo good!!! This is a must!! It’s absolutely amazing!! I used whole milk because I didn’t have coconut milk and topped it with honey!! This proves the theory that the best recipes are less than 5 ingredients 😀
