I used bananas whose peels got all brown in the freezer. The insides always stay yellow. I recommend this because they are so many times sweeter. I had to use way less sugar. Also if you add 4 table spoons of almond milk it makes it loosen up nicely if your blender isn’t too strong
I made this and thought it was good! I've wanted nice cream for a long time, but I have an old blender and not a fancy Vitamix so I thought I couldn't have it. However, I cut the bananas into small pieces and added 1/2 cup of soymik and it came out wonderfully! I wish I could attach a pic to show you.

You stop blending first then push it down then re blend then stop then push down again and then blend. Never put spatula into the blender as it is on please!
Greg well as she said you can once Stop and push it down and blend again and do the process all over again but another way is you can add almond milk or just milk or any kind of liquid that would go along and taste good to make it more thinner and way more easier to blend! 😊

I love making banana ice cream I do it almost every day! I like to add stevia, vanilla extract, and sometimes pure cocoa powder to make it chocolatey!
We like use cocao and dates for more sweetness.

Add some Lily’s dark chocolate chips to it (crush it only slightly) and add some mint extract and you got yourself some healthy mint chip icecream.
