Herb sauce seasoning is basically sofrito de puerto rico. I've never heard it called herb sauce seasoning but now I know the English name to tell people 😂 😂 😂
Do you brine the turkey in salt and pepper only the night before? Then the next day you add the herbs right before you cook it. Do the herbs need anytime to sit in the fridge?
we place the herbs the day off, but either technique will be fine.
The hardest part I have when seasoning a chicken or turkey is trying to get underneath the skin.
