Excellent video. After looking at so many youtube videos this one answered almost all my questions. Appreciate the silent (egoless) presentation, but it would be if you could add some descriptions of how to tune the carby as you obviously very experienced as this and it is not explained well in the EM650 service manual. Carburetor isn't the issue here. When you were messing with that intake valve and the way it's ticking while running and bogging it's because one of the two has happened the lifter is collapsed or damaged possibly half stuck and not returning all the way to the camshaft or the camshaft is rounded and damaged need to dig deeper to check and see if that's the problem but firstly I would add some seafoam or marvel mystery oil to the crankcase and see if that could possibly work some of the sludge away that's built up around that lifter and that doesn't help it needs to be torn apart, inspected and parts replaced of needed.
How does a 4-stroke gasoline engine operate with the intake valve not opening? I mean....maybe this dude figured out the key to saving fuel, or even not using ANY fuel? LOL! C'mon, man!

I want to know how the hell is it running with a stuck intake valve, either a flat cam lobe or a broken cam shaft..
