Honda EM650 generator sitting for 21 YEARS, will it run?

I have a rather interesting piece of equipment for you all today, this is a Honda EM650 from the late 80s, this generator spent it's whole life powering a sailboat on the west coast up until about 2003 when the sailboat was dry docked up until now when it was finally scrapped for parts, this generator was found inside and looked to be in good shape, so it was given to my up-north neighbor, who gave it to me to try and get it running for the first time in 21 years.
It was not running when it fell into my hands of course, so it was up to me to get this beautiful piece of vintage equipment running again. Given the amount of time that sat, it was quite a challenge getting the carburetor fully working again.
