- We moved to Indianapolis, Indiana six months ago. Here are my thoughts on the move including what it's like living in Indy, the differences between living in a city vs living rurally, how to make friends in a new city, and if I miss my family.

My wife and I moved from our home town in NTX up to Tulsa(also not a huge city) on a whim. It’s been SUCH a freeing experience for both of us. My friends are her friends so I know she will relate so much to your channel. I subbed and I know she will too! Keep being yourself!! I’ve got some friends in INDY and have thought about coming to check it out for a potential move!

I lived in Elkhart and moved to Indianapolis and i love the city
I've lived from New York to Seattle and currently living in downtown Indianapolis. It's the worst! Awful! I guess its a step up for small town people but compared to other cities it is not good. I will be moving next year and I can't wait!
Seattle? lol I guess you enjoy feces-lined streets, used needles everywhere, and ridiculously high crime. I lived in Seattle. Nothing is worse than that.
Yeah we just had a 14 year old shoot 7 people in our mall downtown. Our potholes are terrible, weather sucks, and our violent crime here per capita is worse than Chicago. if any of you are thinking of moving here don't, move to Geist, Carmel, or Fishers instead its cleaner, better schools, the roads are maintained, crime in these areas are practically nonexistent, and it overall just has a better feel and sense of community!

Is Indianapolis dangerous ? Bec the houses there are way to cheap to be real or is that how Indy is
Obviously there’s some neighborhoods that are safer than others. I would definitely look into the crime stats on any specific neighborhoods your looking at, but honestly… the cost of living in Indianapolis is pretty amazing compared to many other cities, regardless of the safety
Indy is Hella better than the whole state of Ohio or Chicago , Detroit , Louisville , Gary . The Westside is crap. Lawrence is a good place if you want to die. And some of the Southside isn't that great. But it's what you make it and use common sense. But it's definitely not the worst place to live for sure. 👍🇺🇸
