This was great it really helped me as I just got into Indy today with my family.
We hope you enjoy your trip. Say hi to the children's museum for us.
Awesome, another video just before the celebration!
Weird time to release a video about visiting a Northern state, but the timing just turned out that way 🤭.
wow thanks for this video - Great info!
Glad it was helpful! We hope you enjoy your stay in Indianapolis.
Thanks a bunch!
You're welcome! We hope you enjoy your visit :).
I live here in Indianapolis and those are all great places. There are so many things going on. Lots of events at the State fairgrounds and convention center. Lucas Oil Stadium and right now City Market is getting a makeover so that could be fun when it reopens. We have so many parks as well.
Thanks for the suggestions :).
Awesome video! I live here and didn’t know about some of the hidden gems.
Thanks for the thanks. Glad you enjoyed it! We hope you get a chance to visit them 😍.
Missing indianapolis. I lived a block away from the monument circle for a year when i had my internship in 2011. I helped open the big blue building JW MARRIOT indianapolis. Good to see many thingsc changed in downtown.
We hope you get a chance to go back :)
yes, the JW Marriot is such a cool hotel
Wow, they have some amazing museums there - I had no idea. Sweet that you could get in the Indy car. I think you guys did an amazing job in the video and I love that you are both equally involved in thge making of it!
Thanks. We know that there is this running joke that people drive through Indiana on their way to somewhere else. But Indianapolis has some great museums.
@@JamesandLaurent That's what we say in eastern Canada about New Brunswick! You only drive thought it to get somewhere else! That said, it's a goal to spend some time there this summer and go to some of the National Parks and Historic Sites.
Haha, we've been to almost every province in Canada except for New Brunswick, even though we know people in Moncton :)
NICELY DONE!
Thanks. Are you from Indy or just visiting?
Great video! I’m in Illinois and have surprisingly never been to Indy! Looks like there’s a lot to do.
Give it a try and let us know what you think. This time of the year is probably the best.
Really great downtown. You'll be pleasantly surprised how cool it is
Informative
Thanks :).
Mantap broo 👍👍

As a local in Indianapolis, I would add the Massachusetts Ave. Shopping District along with the new Bottle Works property.
Thanks for the suggestions.
From Chicago and headed to lndianapolis this wknd. I seen the Chihuly glass museum in Seattle last year
We hope you enjoy your weekend there :)
Sophie and I are in a suburb of Indy and we love living here! Great video!
If we had brought Beedi along with us on this trip, it would have been great to have them meet for a play date. Maybe next time 😜.
Me to I'm live in Indianapolis
I knew there was something positive to say about Indiana
The museums we featured in this video were great and we enjoyed visiting them.
yes, i am from Indianapolis and it is not as bad as people say. it is a peaceful town depending on where you live
Indianapolis will be in the dark 4/8/23 solar eclipse planning on visiting canal walk looks so nice!
That would be a great time to visit.
Nice city
We enjoyed our time visiting these attractions.
@@JamesandLaurent where are you live??
We now live in Milwaukee.
Zoo is nice. We went today, tomorrow is children's museum
We hope you enjoy the childrens' museum. We thought it was fantastic!
Living somewhere and visiting are two different things..you saw all the wonderful attributes and Indianapolis is actually a very beautiful city...the people that live there that are disgruntled dont appreciate where they live..and the daily grind does people in..
We fully agree that living somewhere and visiting for two days are two completely different things. It works both ways. We know people who love where they live, but their city has nothing to offer to tourists. We won't mention names :)
False, Indianapolis metro area is one of the best cities to make money and live, Cost of living is 11% lower than national average and salaries are 8% higher than national average, Im in the northern suburbs and I love it here, Making 150K per year and my taxes are only 30% of my income.
I live in small town indiana, roughly an hour outside of indy. In most of my free time, I spend all the time I can there. Just to get away from it all for a minute
:)
The Reuben wells
Yes, the trains were one of our favorites at the Children's museum.
They also have a firework show on the 4th of july
Thanks for the info :).
It's a really nice place at night, I promise.
:)
lol depending on where you are located at night.
Mike Epps from Indianapolis
A lot of people are 🤣😂🤣.
yes he is. he comes here all the time. he also named his daughter Indiana
5:32 There's a STARGATE in Indianapolis?!?! 😮
Apparently so :)
The dude from next friday
We haven't seen it 🤔.
My cousin got upset becasue she wasn’t invited to the childrens meusam w/ me but I’m looking for something big.
Enjoy!
What about the adult night life?
Sorry. We never cover bar and restaurants in our videos because there is too much turnover and we'd have to redo the video every year.
I live in Indianapolis. the only good things about the city is the Indy 500, the Colts and Pacers and Children's Museum. It has changed as I see for myself. Thanks for this video.
We enjoyed the Children's Museum very much.
im also in indianapolis, and we love our sports.
@@MsTwiththeTea1980 that's what sup
@@MilesRobinson2001 not much neighbor
@@MsTwiththeTea1980 oh ok.

We hope you still visited the attractions featured in the video. A lot of locals don't even visit their own city.
I went to Indianapolis 10x then yall did
Haha 😁
Born raised and moved back to Indianapolis let me say Indianapolis sucks
We enjoyed our trip there.
It's the only big city in the country that is mostly Republican / Red.
The mayor of Indianapolis is a democrat and he received more than 70% of the votes.
@@JamesandLaurentThe metropolitan area overall is conservative, Only marion county is liberal, Im in hamilton county and we are conservative-Leaning.
1. Leave.
Haha, but not before visiting what's on our list :)
Hi guys. I'm not familiar with your videos, but just out of curiosity are you guys boyfriends?
We prefer to say partners :)
@@JamesandLaurent
Well, you make a cute couple. So glad that you can travel with someone you love. I thought that Indianapolis was supposed to be known for sports. It seems like you spent most of your time at museums. Did you ever make it to the Eiteljorg?
Haha, isn't car racing kind of sporty and what Indianapolis is known for? But you're right, we mention quite a few museums in this video already and we didn't want to add Eiteljorg to the list. It would have if we had made a Top 10 video though :)
