      Again, great video. One can learn a lot from the way how you approach an exercise and to test what works best for you and where your anatomy doesn't fit. I think too many people (me as well) just try to copy the exercises of idols/pros instead of listening to their own body.
      A video on delts and legs would be awesome as well

    Awesome workout! And you hit the nail on the head! I'm 42 and my elbows hurt like hell from doing French press all those years ago. I must say my triceps loved them, but my elbows are paying the price. I stick to cable's now and feel so much better!

      For sure Jamie. It's hard to admit when you're young but some movements simply aren't meant for everybody. The sooner peole realize this the more pain it'll save you in the future.

      I like to train arms in a lighter rep range now always. I did heavier in the past but it simply isn't worth the fatique and injury risk to relatively small muscle groups.

      @@brandonpitt4098 can’t recommend it enough, was suffering with proximal and distal biceps tendon issues for over a year. Now completely pain/discomfort free and training heavy

    Locked and Loaded , that gym in Vienna looks really good! Unfortunately bodybuilding even classic is subjective when it comes to what's expected or judges want on stage. Cbum has a crazy Physique but his arms n and few other "classic" so to speak parts are lacking. I think Terrence Ruffin has the best, most complete, best flowing/posing physique in the division. Within a few years If you keep refining & focusing on quality over quantity you have the potential to be top 3 in the Olympia for sure. Your new coach has def brought the best of you out & I think if you stick with him/his program you'll shock the world this year and definitely next year!

      Very true! I built a strong foundation like this. But back then I wasn't battling at the Olympia yet and now other training techniques are inevitable to fix weak points. Free weights get you very far, but I want to get even further.

    Can’t get arms past 18 inch as a natty thought about PEDs but not going to do it I think too much risk plus you lose size when you stop taking them so why waste the money if you’re not planning doing it professionally.

    I really think that if Wesley worked with a strongly knowledgeable, up-to-date science based coach, then he’d take his results from top-15 to top-5 or better. Diet is solid. Physique is genetically blessed. But I see slight infidelity in training and outdated oddities…they might appear minor but they add up and limit his fullest potential. Just my two cents, not hating, I remain a sub and enjoy the vids.

      The ''science'' of training is ever changing, and everyones science (including institutions) are based on the limited 'experiments' they do with mainly angles/grip changes and techniques.
      You can literealy emphasize each part of a muscle and with greater efficiency, unknown in previous decades. But many ''science-based coaches'' are a culprit to this limited amount of experiementation because they base their ''science'' on collective data gathered by people who have been training nearly the same without much experimentation.

    Imho I'm not a fan of the new editing style. Of course that's a matter of taste, i.e. music etc.
    Objectively, the pacing is horrible of the new videos.

      Hello. I have a few questions:
      1-Why did the first followers of Jesus Christ The Messiah (peace be upon him) never took him as a god, or The God? why did they believe and accept him as a man chosen by The God to convey the true message, basically he was accepted as a prophet.
      2-Why do todays Christians do not realize that the concept of Trinity, and the concept of Jesus Christ, peace be upon him, is god or flesh and bone son of god is a concept brought forward and spread by Paul, also known as Saul of Tarsus who was a Roman Empire servant and opressed and killed many believers of Jesus and wanted to kill him too and Paul never met Jesus, peace be upon him, when he was on earth!. Yet he has hijacked the teachings of Jesus Christ, peace be upon him.
      3-Does The God many times in the Old Testament and New Testament say do not take other Gods and makes resemblecense to ''Him'', did Jesus, peace be upon him, not prayed to The God and worshipped God alone. So why would you worship Jesus, peace be upon him, or anyone else that is a creature of The God.
      4-Lets say your contention is right, what happens to billions of people who lived and died on earth including prophets like Abraham, Noah, David, Moses and many more, peace be upon them all, they never withnessed nor heard of Jesus, peace be upon him, as ''god'', so how will their salvation be? will they be thrown to Hell?
      5-Jesus Christ, peace be upon him, never claimed to be worshipped yet called everyone to worship the One And Only Creator, The God. You are following the religion of Paul who tormented followers of Jesus, peace be upon him, Paul was the enemy of truth.

      We all have One Perfect Creator who resembles nothing that ''He'' created (''he'' as in the royal he, not a sign of gender). So worship only your Creator who happens to be the Creator of everyone including Jesus Christ the Messiah (peace and blessings be upon him).
      Btw the word ''Christ'' is from old Greek word Christos, meaning the annointed/chosen one,
      the word ''Messiah'' is from old Hebrew word Mashiach, meaning the annointed/chosen one,
      neither words mean 'god' of any sorts, so WHO chose Jesus, peace be upon him?
      His Creator, Who happens to be everythings Creator, worship your Creator, nothing else.
