Never knew about this unit. The temperature coming out is very respectable for a modern unit. I'm even more surprised that it still holds its charge and works. You must have gotten one not made on a Friday.
@@dynatrak I'm actually being sent a thermostat plug for testing. I tested one in the past. But the one I made with an old Honeywell round thermostat, just works. Set the temp, select cooling or heating, done.

Definitely knocking on wood, it continues to hold up. I connected it to the new thermostat plug, and it works just dandy now!

I agree with you I cannot sleep in a hot room. I just can't do it. 68 is perfect for sleeping.
