House Ceiling Fan Tests For 2024

Summer is heating up quickly, so I better make sure all the ceiling fans are up for the task. I clean all ceiling fans, during the fall, as well as check oil in the Hunter Originals, so all should be ready to go!

1984 Lasko wall mounted oscillating fan
1982 Hunter Original 2.5 amp 2 speed converted to 3
1985 Hunter Original 1.1 amp with reverse switch on top
1984 Hunter Original 2.5 amp 3 speed converted to 4

Hunter original R and M original from 1949 1985 with the smiley face brackets? You can only get that in two speed so in 1985 became three speed. so that would be the last year they would make that fan. those you would find it at Disney World when they first open. Thay had one in blue? It was beautiful. Today they are China made Since the early 2000s They are 4 to 5 blades didn’t make the smiley face anymore. for some reason. I miss that one. I always wanted one. For a collectors item. But I don’t know where to find one. Maybe you know thank you wish they would come back with that one I really do bye

I have exclusively R&M 1979-1985 fans, and my dates of manufacture are correct for each one. This range is big childhood for me. Got my first one brand new, in 1981.
These are easily found on ebay, Facebook Marketplace, Offerup. Good luck in finding one. I enjoy mine.
