It goes against what my doctor thinks I should do but it's helped so much already with my digestive health. I even got out of a colonoscopy because my symptoms improved! I don’t have Lupus but I suffer other chronic illnesses (hypothyroid, CFS, and all the glorious physical and mental symptoms that come with those). I’m very interested in this program as i know my current diet is lacking but man I just don’t know about being vegan. I’m a slim girl but I have the appetite of a horse and always feel hangry and starving if I don’t get in some kind of animal protein. I know that fellow vegans may not like to hear that lol but it’s true. I have wonky blood sugar. It just makes me scared that I’ll end up worsening something or passing out from hunger 😜. It’s got to be tough getting in enough calories and to feel satiated on fruits and veggies alone.

Raw food is not easy to digest, and if you wanna easy into something, just focus on eating your veggis, and stay away from gluten and stuff with yeast as they are higly inflamatory. Hi Samantha, I have had Raynauds for years (i think since a teenager..I'm 45yrs now) and alopecia has been getting worse and as I am of Bangladeshi origin my face shows a comodone rash on nose and cheeks rather than the "lupus rash" and comodones on the chin...i used to have flawless skin when drinking water etc. My doctor hasnt a clue about my symptoms in the UK and wante dme to go on HRT...I dont and havnt taken any medication for the past 10yrs...maybe the odd paracetamol. I am currently on the Lupus Protocol and for the first time in years I am having more than one bowel movement in a day and I just cant believe it. I am on day 8 and i had stopped nuts few days ago as they were not helping...but I heard you said we could have fresh fruit. I only add the fruits in my smoothie 75% greens and 25% fruit (banana, mango and pineapple). Am I allowed to have more fruit throughout the day? If so then this would be great...but got a feeling its more greens and fruits. Just wanted to double check. Love your channel. I used to be a High Flying HR Director and now I struggle to have a shower at times. I have great supportive Husband and teenage kids but it still feels like "no one understands". I have eliminated dairy, meat and processed foods over the past 3 months as my body just told me and only found Dr Goldner recently..hence going full force. Back in 2014 I was living/working in Dubai and reversed my diabetes with juicing and green smoothies within 20 days...but unfortunately "The Standard western Diet" came back in. To anyone else reading this....nutrition is key and you've got this...if you have a bad day..dont worry you can get back on track. 😊 love to all xxx

When I took those foods out and went back to oats and greens...some of the plaque regressed. You can't tell what those "good fats'" are doing to you until it's too late.
