      @BevRother , Honestly it is different for everybody. I was WFPB b4 I found Dr Brooke Goldner and I saw a difference in 3 weeks. Then, 6 months later I started on th Dr's Hyper-norishment . Within in 2 to 3 months I had no symptoms and regained full eyesight that MS originally took away. Best of luck to you

    Very cool to see your bodybuilding photo. I too am around your age and was a National bodybuilder 30yrs ago. I still work out, too. I now work in canine nutrition. Shame pet owners feed kibble which is a highly processed inflammatory diet. It's not species appropriate for them. How crazy. I feed a completely raw diet (meat, organs, raw bones, etc) to our dogs. Zero kibble. Pet owners feed a high processed diet to their dogs because that's what they are told to do from vets with zero nutritional education. Most Americans do the same to themselves. Dog's cancer rate is through the roof. Dr. Brooke speaks truth.

    Not complicated. Easy way to eat, just cruciferous vegetables, mainly broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, kale, brussels sprouts, bok choy and similar green leafy vegetable. Plus linseeds and water. Of course good sleep, exercise and out of stress is as important as the food.
    I really wish I could manage all of this. I am vegan for 3 years anyway, and I do dr Goldner smoothies for some time now, not always every day, but I eat other food as well like avocado, banana, apples. Some cook food like quinoa, beans with vegetables. Some nuts sometime like almonds or cashew but very little. Instead I have tahini which does not do any good for me. It feels like it glue my guts.But even so I feel much much better now than before I started to drink green smoothies. But my problem is I am smoking cigarettes, I have a huge kidney stone which have to be removed together with my kidney and it causes mi a lot of stress... If thats not enough I also provide care for my mom. She is not able to take care of herself alone after a big serious stroke 1,5 year ago. After she had a stroke I put her on my diet which is only plant based. From this time she dont take even one pill. She still dont speak, only somethimes she says something but she can repeat words and I can comunicate with her, she only gets better and better. She is walking and working around the house and garden. But she is learning everything from beginning, she's 67 years yang. Greetings to people who read this. 😅 and I am wishing you health and happiness 😊❤❤❤❤

      I am sure breathing would be very helpful while give up cigarettes. It is also good for stress, as much as smile 😊 I am looking forward to see your interview about breathwork.

    Dr. Goldner- I think you are so inspiring! I’d like to keep eating- drinking Raw cruciferous veggies but my TSH went abnormally high.
    Have you seen this before?
    I take enough Iodine- but I’m afraid to go back to Raw smoothies. 🤷‍♀️Help??

    • @kuriskoandco
      @kuriskoandco  Před 9 měsíci

      Dear @kardste8114 - Although a plant based diet reduces the risk of hypothyroidism it certainly does not eliminate it completely. For cruciferous vegetables to affect the thyroid gland you would have to be consuming an enormous amount. I encourage you to seek out appropriate medical follow-up. Dr. Kurisko.

    the only money in Kale is growing your own - it's fresher than anything you can buy.

  • @christinaheesakacowden-wut3809

    We don`t seem to get kale in Germany. It is not a staple in our stores. We have cabage and swiss chard and savoy cabage though. The american plant based community has sooooo many recipees with kale. How can I substitute? Cabage is usually not as leavy and dark green as kale and savoy cabage is very coarse. Maybe spinach?
    Greetings from Germany

    • @kuriskoandco
      @kuriskoandco  Před 5 měsíci

      Wow - that's too bad. I personally prefer collard greens, mustard greens and swiss chard over kale - but it depends on what I'm using it for. I would pick spinach as my first substitute. Thanks @christina...from Germany!
