My mother was put on blood thinners and they told her she could not have greens. Can you believe it? If she ate a lot of greens she would not have to take blood thinners.
I liked to climb trees too! lol. I was called a tomboy! I thought boys had a lot more fun and practically lived outside! I begged my girlfriends to play softball with me and not play dolls. I hated playing dolls and house. I would only do it if we could ride our bikes afterwords or play ball. What a wonderful childhood I had outside my house. Not so good inside. When I hit high school I discovered boys in a different way and really changed. Wish I would have keep going with my love of the outdoors. Now I am questioning other things I am doing. I started eating salads and am using your Caesar Salad dressing, which I saw in one of your videos on CZcams. Is that okay? Are there other items in that book that I should avoid? Is there a list of things that are safe to use?
I don't know what else is in the book but I can give insight into your specific questions. She stopped recommending dates because a small percentage of people were not getting results when using dates, and after stopping dates started getting better results. Her salad dressing is best for people who have already healed, if you are still trying to heal you can replace the almonds with avocado. If you read the description in the dressing recipe video she does mention that.

Hey that's awesome you are hyper-nourishing. In the description of the recipe video she makes a brief statement but basically if you are still in the process of healing, use avocado instead of almonds. Almonds have an ok omega 6/3 ratio for healthy people but for us who are healing we need higher omega 3 and the almonds have too much omega 6 for us.
No. Hemp is 3-4 times higher in omega 6, and walnuts are like 29 (Yes 29!) times higher. Absolutely avoid on this protocol. If you are healthy vegan then you can get away with eating these omega 6 foods.
???What do you think about 'vacuum' blenders versus normal blending???? Please answer as I have asked a few times in the live chat and don't know which one to buy
I don't know her opinion on that, however all the people she talks about that have reversed diseases are normally using regular blenders, in other words you don't need a vacuum blender to get results so it's up to you. I would recommend a vitamix just because it's so much better than the other regular blenders.

I have multiple autoimmune issues have been vegan - no animal no sugar no processed foods since November of 2022. I throw arterial clots and take Coumadin ( for the rest of my life) vitamin K foods scare me and my INR is unstable at this time. ? I need help!
I can't give medical advice but I have heard Dr Goldner say in other Q&As that there are medications for blood clots similar to coumadin that are not affected by vitamin K and if you want to hyper nourish or do the protocol, you could ask your doctor to change your med.
Hi Cheryl. I was on Coumadin for years and had my INR checked every week because I love my veg. What a pain! I got my doctor to prescribe apìxaban and I can eat all the greens 💚 I please. Check out other meds.
I'm sorry to say but body building is not working without a ehole lot of stuff on a vegan diet... Thomas was not really fit after those 48 days and neither much healthier (gaunt face / eyes). Obviously there's stress in your lives but I suspect car oil (seed oils of any kind) is not the answer and not so much greens we were never designed to thrive on. No sugars, even from fruits is the path but depending on seeds and greens and oils and blenders we made "healthy" is not sustainable 😊 BTW, your big son is way, way too skinny 😊 I suspect he's too much in his head and it would ashame not to show a fully strong & well developed young vegan man ... In the wild there's no place for vegans because there's none of the foods you recommend 😅

She says to have 1/2 cup flax seeds or chia seeds every day (building up to it if you're starting out). It floods your body with omega 3's.
