    Hi Dr Goldner, I've been watching your internet content to the max and I've ordered your books. However, how does drinking smoothies all day effect the spiking of my Glucose levels? Also what can I eat as a meal, could you please put content on utube that helps in this area. I find just drinking smoothies is not enough. Thank you for all that you and your husband do❤❤❤❤

      Dr. Brooke does mention that she drinks the smoothie throughout the day and then a vary large Salad in the evening with the Family. 🥗 As she says there is a good variety of greens for the salad.😍

    Such a good start to this Q and A. I really appreciate your perspective on the worth of all Life and how concerned and passionate you are about people healing as naturally as possible while, at the same time acknowledging that sometimes we need to fight battles that we can win medically. No question, l just want to thank you for the latter, and hope l can have a consultation with you soon. Bless you for your work. Maree

      @hurst350 Před rokem +1

      128 Oz of water to 1 litre of water per day(water in smoothie is considered included as part of the daily requirement) throughout the day. The water is needed to help to get the cells to recognize to start repairing throughout the body, because as Dr. Brooke has explained in many of her videos… a lot of us are walking around dehydrated and don’t even know that our bodies need hydration of water to reach every part of the body. 🥤😍 The omega 3 is also what helps for the water, along with 64 Oz smoothie to do repair. ❤️

    I have had scleroderma for over 20 years. I am 52. I have trouble swallowing and severe tooth decay due to Sjogrens.
    I have a rash on my left lower leg x 12 years. It itches all the time. I can do smoothies, but can’t eat raw cruciferous vegetables due to my teeth and esophageal scleroderma.
    Please advise

      I've actually started making a smoothie of raw cruciferous vegetables. I cut up cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage and Brussels sprouts and mix together. I then take 2 cups of this mixture at a time and blend together with 1/4 cup flax seeds and water for a smoothie.

      @@manjulazionchurch1691 Watch her free classes and get her first book. It's easy. Get a high speed blender like a vita mix. Add a handful of whole flax seeds, almost a pound of fresh kale and up to %25 of fruit frozen or fresh and water. Then also add a gallon of water per day and unlimited avocado and veggies, as long as you get in your two blenders of smoothie per day.

    Where did the disease come from?

    • @hurst350
      @hurst350 Před rokem +1

      As explained in many of Dr. Brooke’s videos we are carrying the genetics from both our parents. Animal products (meat), processed foods, sugar is the triggers to cause our bodies to start acting with warning signs and disease. BUT with proper nutrition the body needs, it will respond and reverse the disease/ damage. 😃👍🙌👏
      Omega 3, conchiferous vegetables and 128 Oz to 1 litre of water per day! And your body will love and thank you for it.💗
