    I found magnesium malate to be the best for my body, it’s the only one that calmed my nervous system down

    A much smaller percentage of the magnesium is absorbed from magnesium oxide than from most other forms. So while it can help, it's not preferred. More details are in our Review.

      A much lower percentage of the magnesium gets absorbed from magnesium oxide than from other forms, so it is not preferred -- although it can still be helpful. More details are in our Review.

      @@ConsumerlabPlusI have the same question. My physician recommended magnesium oxide. I am a member of you group and will go to your review. I have been waiting patiently for you to include magnesium oxide in your prior articles but none have been recommended!
