Sleep is when mind and body repair. !!
Oxide is converted to Chloride by your stomach acid, and Magnesium Chloride is highly bioavailable. Oxide works. Many people tolerate it much better

Thank you, Dr. Mandell! I have been taking the 250 mg and now I know why my stomach is hurting me, upset, and the bloating. Wow! I didn’t know what was going on with my stomach. I was thinking about going to my doctor. God bless you forever, and I appreciate you! 🙏🏼👏🏾😍 I am trashing them now… 😪
Glad you're getting rid of the magnesium oxide. People don't realize that magnesium oxide (hydroxide) is the main ingredient in Phillips Milk of Magnesia... used to relieve constipation. It can cause diarrhea, and when taken daily, can cause stomach and intestinal issues.
Glycinate/Bisglycinate are better absorbed. Lowers BP and so much more.
Thank you. I have been wondering which type was better. 🤩
Thank You Dr Mandell, I truly appreciate your knowledge and support. Thank God for wonderful people like You!! ☘️☘️🪺
This is the exact one I’m taking and I’m wondering what’s wrong with my stomach. Thank you for educating us.

Nobody will say it but I will . Thank you!
🤦🏾♀️….. Geez, without you to break it down for us we would be so so lost ….Thank you Dr. Mandell !! ❤
Thank you for saving me from that big box store find!! It's so hard to keep up with which one ❤❤❤
I've taken that 1 since 2019 and it works GREAT for me. split the pill n take it 2-3 times a day. mag oxide works best in smaller doses .. IT'S SAVED MY LIFE MANY TIMES.. so it's Not a 1 size fits all. it's His OPINION
Big box stores would definitely like us less informed.
Kind of like Big Pharma, Big Brother, Big Banks, Big Insurers....all of the Big Jerks
Love truth, honesty and ethics xxx

Thank you! Please continue to put out information, very helpful!
Your my Dr. Thank You for being a blessing Dr. Mandell.
Thank you for all of the helpful information. I used to buy this same bottle before and was not aware.
It's what it says on the back that matters most.
Did my research about thus long time ago. Thank you for pointing it out to the masses! I'm.jyst puzzled on WHY they are allowed to sell this stuff, when all it does is wasting people's money and actually causing them harm.
Ya I agree!! I guess for the same reasons they can sell us everything from donuts to diet coke to processed foods like Tyson, Sara Lee, jimmy dean and ball park with crickets and meal worms in it. We have to become our own dietitian if we want to stay alive very long in this messed up world!!!
Thank you for sharing your knowledge. So many people take the wrong vitamins and minerals!!!
Love Dr. Mandell
Dr. Mandell, you are a hero to many. Please keep it coming. ❤
Thank u Dr for always educating us😊
