I've always been slightly dubious of the American public's belief their govt. is one huge conspiracy (I'm a Brit) but after viewing this I am flabbergasted at the pathetic attempt of both officials to play dumb - especially their response to Mr. Gallagher's questions. If they truly did not know of those cases they shouldn't be doing this job.Throwing up two of the worst pieces of photo evidence just confirms their duplicity. Very, very shabby - compared with our own Parliamentary committee questioning this looks plain pathetic and ill-informed. All rather embarrassing tbh.

I think I read a while ago that when an object moves too fast for the brain to process color then the mind perceives the object as white. At regular speed, I thought the UAP was white but when staff FINALLY captured it in a still frame, it doesn't actually appear white or completely tic tac shaped.

Watching members of congress struggle to use VLC, knowing that all they need to do is right-click anywhere within the program to bring up a set of options clearly marked 'Playback Speed' has been the most entertaining thing I've seen all year.
For me it was funny the first minute, then I started feeling really bad for the operator and everyone in the room.

When I was 13 my bed was right in front of my window, I used to watch the sky all the time for years, watching stars and wondering about life, 1 night I saw something so bizarre, it wasn’t normal, there were 4 or 5 things that looked like stars moving in the bright night, together they formed a “0” but super high like right in the atmosphere, they were so far away i bet even if it was someone or something they couldn’t even see my city, but for some reason i felt it, it felt like they could see me watching them. I told my mom the next day but I was just a kid that “probably using my imagination or making it up”. I can hardly remember what I was looking at but it’s the way they moved is something I knew wasn’t normal and I’ll never forget. Never seen them or anything like it ever again.

I was creeped out, I didn't make another sound, afraid it might break the window and come, I turned quietly and cover my head with the sheet and force myself to sleep... following morning I woke up, looked at the window it was gone, so went outside to check and it leave its print on the wall. To describe what it looks like try combining a ghost with a cowboy hat, about 5ft tall...No Cap!!! This was the strangest thing I have ever seen.

There are only couple of species of birds that can fly over or close to 30k feet from sea level and both of them are from south east asia or africa especially in areas like the desert or areas which have calm winds . There are no species of birds that can cross 30k to 33k feet besides the desert or migratory cranes; at those crazy altitudes air is super thin, hypothermia, extreme radiation, extreme oxygen deprivation will happen at the same time. It's difficult for a lot of people to believe. But my dad and his school friends came across a UFO in the mid 60's. This was in Hull, UK. They were at a school party, and hovering over a nearby drain (river) was a cigar shaped object with flashing lights. The terrified headteacher threatened the school kids with the cane (to be hit with a stick) if they went outside to it. As I understand it was on a winters evening so it was dark. The object disappeared very quickly after around 30 seconds. It had a small write up in the local newspaper which my dad kept to show me. I never believed him until he showed me it.
They were going to make contact with the people of Hull, but then they heard the accent which caused them to disappear quickly. 😆

The amount of hard footage the US government has on UAP dating back decades from the cockpits of military aircraft probably would fill the size of an Amazon parcel warehouse, one thing they are scared of is that the general public has the ability to record and document every credible sighting as proof this phenomena exists.
The player they are using is called VLC. This particular program gives you the ability to play the video in slow motion or frame by frame. Surprised they didn’t use those features.

Video players tend to have key mappings for frame-by-frame seeking, yet these people fiddle around with mouse and time slider while everyone is waiting for them. I've seen this happen in several important settings, usually public trials.

I've seen a couple of those silver sphere UFO's a few years ago. Two of them were flew and hovered around another giant craft that was almost triangular in shape that was pretty much floating.
These are the same UFOs that blew up that SpaceX rocket a few years ago. You can see 3 of them if you look at the 4k version of the videos.
One thing is certain. There's an amateur on the video player who doesn't know that frame by frame playback is done with the left and right arrow keys.

I saw the same reflective spherical craft midday on May 15, 1995. Reported it immediately to appropriate agencies.
I saw a ufo once. My daughter was a baby of two weeks old in 1977. My husband was in the house holding her and I was getting the washing in from the garden, it was late November and twilight. In those days we didn't have a house phone or a car or a mobile phone. I looked up and there it was. I didn't have a sense of perspective, I didn't know if it was far away and huge or close and quite small and I was in shock.i screamed and my husband came running with the baby (now 44) and he saw it as well. It went. It didn't fly away, literally it was there one moment and just - gone- the next. I went to the phone box to tell my parents and the next day I told the post master in the local shop, he didn't believe me of course and laughed and made me out to be an idiot, which I'm not. He didn't laugh that evening when the story in the local newspaper reported ufo sightings all over south Wales and reported by two policemen. It happened. I'm not making it up. I am a sensible educated woman, a maths teacher, it happened,

Happened to me and 2 of my friends. However luckily it was night, so when the glowing flying orb(sorry that's the only way I can describe it) vanished, it left a nice red trail of light behind it as it wipped around the mountain. If it were day time, I;m sure it would have looked like it just disappeared since it shot off so quickly.

My parents saw a ufo when I was 13. They would always go out on the back deck for a cigarette and one evening they both came in and I just remember them talking in a concerned/bewildered tone between eachother. Me and my sisters noticed because they were clearly not calm and we asked them what was going on. They told us that they had seen something in the sky. They said it was a large flat black rectangle about the size of a football field. They said it was about 200ft above them and probably 200ft or so (rough estimate) to the west. They said it was very low, and absolutely massive. It had no lights, zero sound, and flew across the city very slowly. They both remember it very well to this day. If it was anyone other than my parents, I would hesitate to believe it. But my parents are both very honest people, and they weren't kidding around. This happened in my hometown of Edmonton Alberta Canada in about 2004. I asked them if I could record their testimony of the account to put here on youtube, but they weren't comfortable with that idea. These things are real, whatever they are. It's fascinating to think about for sure.
That's amazing story thanks for sharing. When I lived in EDM in 2015 west end. My uncle and I saw a triangle , black and on each corner was pulsating colors going from green to orange. It must have been about as high up as that black Pyramid by WEM cause we lived not far from the Mall. Anyways. I was bewildered at what I saw and my uncle dropped his drink in disbelief.

Around 2004 I was at a 7-Eleven near the largest Air Base in the world and I saw a massive massive black triangle sitting completely still in the sky. Dozens of other people saw it, got out of their cars. My sister was crying. I blinked and it took off, followed by multiple military helicopters.

I saw something exactly like that in the sky 6 years ago when I was in high school. I looked up and it was just hovering in the sky and when I blinked it was gone
My friends grandmother caught 3 and it was on camcorder back in the early 2000s and that baffled me because I know she wasn’t capable of faking it they were initially just sitting still in a triangle then 2 shot of in different directions but were still on site and then they all shot of together and I’ve never seen anything as convincing as that. The one in this video initially looks like a sphere but when I paused it it looked like spin top tilting forward. Kind of like how Bob lazar explains them moving

The fact that the really compelling stories aren't being discussed in this forum is evidence of the two hands working independently of each other. We, in the ufology community, are versed in dozens of stories in which the military is involved in the witness reporting, evidence collection, storage and analysis of close encounters with UFOs/ UAPs - or whatever they want to call them over the coming decades.
For most people, this type of hearing serves to keep the subject on the fringes, there isn't any compelling footage to sink their teeth into. For those of us more informed, this hearing perpetuates a narrative of dismissiveness on the subject and also provides continued cover for black elements within the government to continue operating in secrecy - on our dime. This is a dog and pony show - nothing to see here. The reason for the secrecy isn't just to keep the technology out of the hands of foreign adversaries, it is to conceal that contact between multiple civilisations has been underway for decades. That is the real reason this isn't really being taken seriously. They keep us fascinated with video images of unknown craft, but behind the curtain, relationships of understanding have been forged between species.

Do you really think they are in contact and have formed relationships with these beings? I almost wonder if one reason they are afraid to admit whats going on is because they don't really know who they are or where they are from, don't understand their technology, and they just come and go as they please and we are powerless to stop them. That would be a very hard thing for governments to admit.

Navy should have high frame rate cameras for capturing these fast moving UAPs. Just like how we never knew how those birds managed to slide back and forth on branches until viewed with high frame rate cameras which exposes the fact that the bird vibrated its feet so fast that our eyes couldn't see and conventional cameras couldn't see. For all we know this could be high atmosphere creatures capable of things we can't currently comprehend just as there is fish living extremely deep in the ocean as well as organisms that live in volcanically active sections under water. Until proven otherwise, who says it's no some sky worm that farts out pearls and eats ionic energy from the stratosphere? 🤷♂️

They're drones... Simple look at what's purchasable right now on the internet and then realize like any other tech how the govt has much more! Civilian drones can go from stopping on a dime to very a fast speed or turning at insane angles that aren't possible with current aviation

I've seen over the base near Barstow like 15 years ago a object moving over the horizon it looked like a black cloud that was very transparent. It made very quick movements and was rather large given the distance watching. Never saw that again

The first question you need to ask the deputy director of naval intelligence is “what is your security clearance level” does he have the highest clearance level 38 assuming published info is correct. You then need to ask why is Naval Intelligence handling UAPs and not Airforce Intelligence. I believe there are two parts to this firstly the Philadelphia Experiment and then the Naval budget which dwarfs the other Military budgets enabling black ops budgets to be hidden in their accounting.

Just for the record, they have much better footage. They just don't show it.

The vast majority of the population still thinks this is a joke, good luck getting that to happen out in the open. Having said that, I guarantee you the military has higher quality video of these crafts but will not be sharing them willingly any time soon. They have given up on the weather balloons and swamp gas excuses because by now anyone with a brain knows that is idiotic - we have cases where these things are viewed by pilots, filmed and marked on radar in the same instance, they know they can't credibly discredit these types of sightings, so now they are going with 'yeah we see these things too, but we don't know what they are', the reality is, they do know what they are and they have a lot more information about these things than they want to release to the public, or even to our elected government.
"They" have all kinds of clear footage that "we" don't get to see. We get a very watered down version or an outright lie at best. Remember, there are two versions of these government reports: classified and declassified. It's that way by design.
@@elroythewonderboy No, they do not. There is zero evidence that such footage exists - If any given footage exists of subject matter that is 'crystal clear', then by definition it is no longer footage of a UFO / UAP.

Deep space telescopes are training their sights on specific regions. It's the same as holding up a pair of binoculars. You cannot see " everything" all at once
Deep space telescopes focus on distant objects so anything around our atmosphere would be beyond blurry or invisible.
These things are here, not in deep space. They have always been here.
They aren't in space, that only exists in your mind. In reality gas pressure requires physical containment and you know it yet deny it in favour of a belief you hold that you haven't yet checked in on properly

I agree with this! but they are still beating around the bush on what they really know!! Even that explanation of what happens after a sighting, that whole procedure seems sketchy and would allow time for editing and telling the pilot or witness whether to speak on it publicly or act like nothing happend...
